I am attempting to delevel today, is there a blog or something where I can share all my characters with other fft gamers?

Mathematicians seem to have the worst stats.

Wouldn't they be better to level down with than bard or dancer or chemist?

Base stats are not the same as growth. The calculator's speed may be very low, but it grows fairly well (not as good as the thief or especially the ninja though). The bard and dancer are the best for the downleveling because they have horrible stat growth, even worse than the chemist.

I find FFT one of the most addicting games (I've got over 600 hours at it and FFT may end up passing the 1000 mark). It's got good spell effects, good sound effects, and hilarious frogs. With stat-maxing, there's so much you can do, like Disgaea in a way.

Nice.... think most i ever got up to was maybe around 80 hours... im playing it again and i find the battle to be very easy... is there a way enhance to battle to make it more challenging i suppose, a game shark code would be needed? right?

Don't disable the enemies? Steal every piece of equipment from every enemy before defeating them? I find having disabled enemies (hilarious sleeping frogs) and stat-maxing more entertaining.
