The cyclist was going the wrong way. Which is illegal. Not to mention that moving bikes can kill pedestrians, not the other way around. The cyclist was far more in the wrong, though the man should have taken the extra precaution of looking to his left as well as his right before crossing.
i hit one of these hipster assholes with my bmw motorbike..he was going the wrong way on a one way street and ran a red light...i just hit his back rim and fucked it up and he pedaled away all crooked when i got off my bike and cursed him out.
Yeah, it's ok because he wasn't using a crosswalk. And if you get run down by a speeding car while you're riding the wrong way on a one way street, that'll be ok too, right?
