  • IS IT THE SAME NISSIN WHO MAKES NISSIN RAMEN?

  • @alcausinner nyahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hey, a quicke question is this the regular model or the Mark 2 model? Thanks

  • @TheAgonyOfVictory regular.

  • I had one of these flashes. It's charging noise made me change to Canons own flash. Sure it was a 100€ more, mut it is faster and completely quiet, whilst charging. Otherwise a decent flash gun, I think.

  • @che1ch what do you mean by charging noise? when you charge the battery? please excuse my noob question

  • is this speedlight is better than the yongnuo 468 and SUNPAK PZ42X.? thanks

  • @AmpWorkz yes

  • @davomrmac does the Di622 supports canon's wireless ETTL II system, can it be use as master and slave??

  • high speed sync funtion, can this flash perform this setting

  • Hey! I just ordered this flash, but now I started to think, does this fit with Canon 550D?

Can you answer me? Thanks. :)

  • @vProductios If you ordered the Canon version it should be fine.

  • @vProductios I thought canon and nikon have the same flash mount...

  • is it compatible with nikon d3100? if it's, does it works nice with d3100? :)

  • can this flash head turn 180 ie from facing to the front and be able to face to the back?

  • no lcd....

  • can a battery pack hook up to this.. i use mine with my now broken sb800

  • compared to the cheap Yongnuo product? :) i think that'll be really fun to see the pros and cons of both, and considering the price. :)

  • I just bought this flash and I can't believe its firepower. It's unbelievable compared to it's ridicolous low prize. I strongly recommend byuing this product.

  • @Fr4gg3r2 Great comment, thanks.

  • HI will it work on nikon d90

  • @colxdark yes...it works with Nikon D90...

  • What triggers can you use to fire this flash ?!

  • how do you trigger this flash with the inbuilt flash ? on the nikon D3000.

  • I have this flash for my Nikon D60 and it works GREAT! Full TTL compatible. Recommend you to buy one, if you don't want to spend double the money for the Nikon flashes. You can also set it as a slave off camera flash and it triggers with the built-in flash which should be on ttl mode. No ttl function with the Nissin off camera, you should set it to manual.

  • @vcbabis Nice comment, thanks.

  • @davomrmac You are welcome. I also bought the Nikon SC-28 flash cable. Now I can you my Nissin off camera with TTL support, but it's a bit short. Very good though for portraits and macro shooting.

  • Compared to the Canon 580EXII, how does this perform? Thanks =)

  • @Xannava Not as good, but pretty close.

  • @Xannava I think this is the 480EX counterpart since it can't be your master.

  • @Xannava not even close

  • @Mygaaa they say it does

  • Hi there,

many thanks for your review. It just saved my some money as I intended to buy a diffuser. The flash has been already ordered but not received yet.

    All the very best!

  • @dorel1312 that is great news, glad it helped.

  • would it work with a nikon D3000

  • @WILKOBMX9 There is a Nikon version.

  • any alteration to make it HSS able?

  • not enough tech data = very poor review!

  • Great review...!!! Quick question...Can I trigger this flash wireless, using my Nikon D90 built-in flash as commander? Thanks!

  • @GalloPinz : The Di622 is not compatible with Nikon's CLS. However, in slave flash mode, it can be triggered by the D90's built-in flash. It can even be triggered with the flash of my Sony DSC-W100 point-and-shoot camera. The important thing is that the slave flash's optical sensor should see the flash emitted by the built-in flash.

  • Nice review mate,thanks

  • will this fire as a secondary slave when I use vivitar 285HV as a master slave? thanks alot! great review

  • got this awhile ago.. good buy!

  • Are you sure about the price on this flash mate? The cheapest I could find it is 100 quid more than you bought yours for.

  • Cheapest price at the moment is around £100. Searched out using Froogle.

  • i have a nikon D90 with a nissin Di622. i bought a phottix tetra wireless flash trigger, im not sure if it is compatible with the flash

  • Turn the music down !!!!!

  • looks a great flash, but is would it be ideal in burst mode at 3.5FPS?

or would there be a delay whilst the flash recharges itself in between shots?

  • @Maxsdiscos if it takes at least 4 secs to recycle,of course there would be a delay

  • pity it doesnt have a lcd panel

  • can you use it wireless with a nikon flash?

  • Its work in Slave mode.

  • Can it do Manual Zoom if yes how can I do

  • Personally I find this flash unit better than my Nikon SB-600, in terms of design simplicity , ergonomics (head turns easily), flash coverage, weight and of course the price.

It was a joy to use with my D80,D50 but sadly it doesn't work on the D2Hs. I'll recommend it to anybody searching for a 2nd flash unit because it delivers most of the function that you'll ever need in a flash.

  • I have a canon friend using nissin Di622. How is it possible?

  • It is available for both Nikon and Canon.

  • Thanks for the quick reply man. I'm going up to the stores tomorrow and test the flash.

  • well got the nikon sb-600.. it s much better.. but also more expensive.. but it s the better investigation!

  • Poor review. I learned nothing about it that wasn't in the spec sheet. He never talked about what iTTL features are supported and not suppoted (hi speed sync, 2nd curtain, red eye, etc, etc).

How can you review a flash without even turning it on or showing sample pics???

  • There was only so much I can cover in a short YouTube video. It was reviewed after using it for over two weeks, so it gives a good overview and lets you know if it is a winner or loser.

  • Thanks for the review. Does it allows wireless ITTL flash?

  • im planning to buy these on my D60,, i just wanna ask if these worth it...???

  • Totally, if you have a need for external and more creative flash, this performs very well.

  • Nice I need one for my Nikon!

  • because of thise video i going to buy one

  • Cool review. Nice on Dave

  • Nice!
