According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, children under 2 years of age are not to be exposed to any amount of TV, period! Why not just read to your baby, talk to your baby, and play simple floor games with your baby rather than just prop them in front of the TV all day while you go about your day's activities? Your baby wants you, the parent, not Baby Einstein, lazy people! It's bad enough some parents are having babies and then leaving them with other people to raise.

Just think about it - if you talked to your baby all day like they talk to children in those videos... you would have a baby that had a vocabulary of 50 words, rather than 500! There are many legitimate studies that have shown that these videos decrease how many words and concepts the child learns! STAY AWAY!!!

Horrible and not at all true! There is ZERO evidence that shows these videos will improve cognition in children. To the contrary studies have shown REDUCED verbal capabilities!!!!
