The two ladders were on side C if you know what that is - Too many wires on side A for the aerials - These firefighters saved 5 or 6 other homes from being destroyed by their professionalism and hard work - fire only got into the side B exposure - too many Monday morning quarterbacks in the fire service...
I know these guys work hard and they did a good job. However, why didn't officers call for a ladder truck or two? Placement of apparatus is a simple but important thing. Could do better on wear SCBA. Good job
unbelievable that some of the fire fighters didn't use their breathing apparatus.... The smoke is very toxic...proffesionals should know! Furthermore....where is the ladder company?

That's terrible. I sure hope no one was hurt in this fire. Growing up in Baltimore city like I did, thats the biggest problem with all those old turn of the century row houses. If one catches on fire, most of the time the whole block of houses will also. There was never any fire walls put between them back then.
