Didn't do it for me. I really like David Crosby, and love some of Carly Simon's songs (I'll confess I don't know anything about the other guy, though he's probably a genius). The harmonies were good and sweet, and I'm sure the artists were sincere, but, for me, the performance had no magic. Still, waaay better than Ricky Martin's take earlier in the concert. For me the highlight was Paul Simon's take on Surfer Girl, and I really liked Mann and Penn's "I Just Wasn't Made for These Times"

Here is a note for all you naysayers on this performance. First off, Jimmy Webb is known for hos songwriting, not his singing. Second, have YOU ever tried to sing this song? If you have, you will know it is a VERY difficult song to perform. They are paying tribute to the genius that is Brian Wilson. Be happy about that and shut up. I perform this song with my band and people are touched when they hear it because they realize that it is one of the most beautiful songs in pop music history. Chill!

You'll usually see her walking in Vineyard Haven (Which is where the ferry from Woods Hole comes in.) She lives in Tisbury. Also a place you'll see all the island celebs is the movie theater in Oak Bluffs. You will also see her at the Friends of the Library benefit. One year (1994-5?) she auctioned off an in home concert. When the bidding stalled at 50K she sang a verse of Nobody Does it Better and said that she would reveal the inspiration for You"re So Vain. The final bid was $85K.

I love Ms Teeth as you call her. I don't think its her singing, I think the arrangement is too slow and boring. She also doesn't need to sing a three part harmony. Just let her sing it alone and with a more up tempo beat. Listen to her sing "Coming Around Again" and you will know she is one of our greatest singer-songwriters.
