I feel so Many different emotions watching this video. Even though I'm an LPN I've always been terrified of my own birth. I hate pain and begin to shake everytime I think about child birth. I'm 11 weeks pregnant now and am seriously considering hypnobabies as a way to embrace my birthright as a woman without fear! I will continue my research. This video- the family and beautiful baby has inspired my heart. What an awesome birthstory!

@happyorganic She didn't have to do directed pushing. The OB was just directing her at first. She didn't listen and pushed her own way.

Beautiful! I haven't had experience with hypnobabies, but I did have an natural birth at home. You did amazing & you were so calm!

I used Hypnobabies for my last birth, and it was such a wonderful experience. I will use it again for my next pregnancy. :)

@jillbiggs Hope used Hypnobabies and with the cues she had been practicing that is how she stayed focused and calm.
