  • Awesome work Harley!! I love reading all the ignorant comments by these mind controlled robot machines..thanks for being Fucking Brilliant and the authority on a Real raw food Lifestyle!!!

    Cheers

  • Only those impervious to all the stupid lies by the FDA and all those Campbell derivatives can indulge without guilt on the foods people have indulged without guild before all these non nonsensical people started brainwashing the population. Long live butter!

  • We can tell you don't crave any of those raw cold vegetables even though you might say you do, YOU DON'T, You just would like to crave them, BUT YOU DON'T. We know your brain would like to eat some raw butter but you deny your brain that scrumptious HEALTHY habit because you are scared of Campbell coming out to get you for eating more than 0mg of cholesterol. WHAT A JOKE.

  • Eat all your phytate loaded soy milk and all your phytate loaded unsprouted whole grain bread and we will eat some ORANGE colored egg yolks that have the REAL GOOD FAT that the body needs. We will have all those broths full of gelatin and glucosaminoglycans that are needed by the body and you can eat your vegetable soup that although it's healthy it's not comparable to broths WITH BONES AND VEGETABLES.

  • We will drink the raw milk and the pasture fed liver and yummy butter and get REAL VITAMIN A and you guys can eat your not so delicious vegetables and get the FAKE VITAMIN A. Give a baby some butter and the next day give him a piece of celery and then compare his reaction, EXACLY. That's how nature tells us what to eat. I feel so sorry for those people that deprive themselves of all the GOOD ANIMALS FATS and instead eat those foods that are agricultural products and the like.

  • Okay people you can eat all your cold vegetables and all that stuff that does not taste that good anyways. I mean who the heck craves a piece of raw broccoli? Or cooked? Or any freaking vegetable? On the other hand, who craves butter? Who craves some good bone marrow? I would think that more people crave animal fats than vegetables. Artery clogging saturated fats? Give me a break, you all are Ancel Keys' sheep that fall for that industry lie.

  • Big LOL 1:00 to 1:15 !

  • lol xD

  • Hey, Paleo tards. Any one of you strong enough to kill a cow with your hands? Or fast enough to catch a rabbit? Do you honestly think you can rip open a fresh dead elk, eat it's guts, and think it's DELICIOUS? Of course not. Know why? Because humans hunted for thousands of years and ate plants for MILLIONS of years. Do the math.

  • @sillygoose544 - Your silly goose. Don't forget to eat the heart, brains, lungs and all the other organs. It's delicious and nutritious. If you eat one of the stomachs, you got predigested plants, rich in enzymes!! It's quite exciting! Specifically the elk you mentioned. Oh yeah silly, humans didn't exist for MILLIONS of years. Do the math......sillygoose. 8D

  • @yogaduder Well, I COULD get into a detailed explanation on how evolution works, how we shared a common ancestor with other plant eating primates, how we were this lesser primate for WAY longer than our current state, and in this time lacked the intellectual capacity to create weapons and hunt, etc, but I'd rather this didn't turn into yet another creation vs evolution debate. We'll just agree that I'm right.

  • @sillygoose544 - No worries Sillygoose, I'm full on in the evolution department. Have no business praying to a god or anything. And I don't know where you are going with the rest of your discussion so I'll await your retort. And we'll just have to agree that you are not right. = ) Cheers Silly

  • Oh look, it's trying to be funny.

  • LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I'm on a paleo diet, and I feel fine. I eat meat, fruits, vegetables, nuts. I have almost zero problems and never get sick.

The problems that I do have are skin problems, which were caused when I ate too much sugar during my childhood. I drank coke, ate spaghetti, drink fruit juice, ate bagels, ate muffins, ate cookies, ate chocholate, ate pizza rolls and I would get sick every year. I had skin problems because of this and am still trying to recover with my paleo diet.

  • The bigger they are, the harder they fall.

  • hahahah accurate or not this is pretty funny spoofin! Also Harley is ultimately defending wonderful animals, I really respect that, and his mind seems so sharp. Good stuff mate!!!

  • durianrider, I respect you and raw veganisim has its place, but have you ever thought that your great fitness level not necceserly comes from what you eat,but from what you dont eat , you dont eat junk and modern processed foods and thats what gives you the advantige, realpaleo diet is eating planty of freash fruit, veg, natural fats and oils and flash from healthy animals, so far you always compared yourself to a modern western society, however...(cont)

  • @heltfreek "However i can show you many vegans who are skeleton gaunt and ready to collapse" So why haven't they collapsed yet? I can show you skinny and overweight meat eaters but idiots like yourself will just ignore it. That's how you continue to use the same arguments ad nauseum.

  • And before you give the same old tired response, I don't give a shit about how much you can run. That's a measure of cardio-vascular fitness, nothing else. I don't give ashit about vegan "bodybuilders" who are about 1/4 the size of real bodybuilders. One of the best indicators of how healthy a person is , is how they look. Humans are quite apt at assesing someones health from site. It's how we choose mates and size up competition.

  • @heltfreek 'Real' bodybuilders? Define one first before you starting ranting like a retard and by 'real' bodybuilders, you mean the morons pumped up with steroids and other crap? There's nothing healthy about them you "some" of a bitch.

  • @westwest213LA

Top bodybuilders are meat eaters, therefore it is easier to gain muscle whilst eating meat. You have no proof that the top bodybuilders use steroids. yes some of a bitch very funny...I can always tell someone who is trying hard to put someone else down when they criticize them over a clear typo...sad really...I'm a nutritional scientist so don't call me an idiot. I have a lot of studies to back up my claims, so just try me bitch.

  • @heltfreek Everyone on YouTube is an 'expert' now days. Lol, you seem to lack the basic intelligence of a high school grad, highly doubt you're a nutritional scientist, what papers have you submitted for peer review? If you knew any thing about any thing, you would know that the human body has a 'natural' limit for muscle. Steroids will allow a body builder to break that limit. Idiot lol.

  • The fact that you have to resort to mockery of a legitimate diet based on science ,just shows how insecure you are of your own diet. I've been vegan never been sicker , now i eat high fat and all my sicknesses and fatigue are gone. But I'm sure you just think I'm paid off by the meat industry or some other vegan perpetrated myth. Look dude you look terrible in all your videos and freakishly skinny.

  • Interesting, I also developed adrenal fatigue during my raw vegan adventures! I however did tons of strength exercises! When I took meat, I felt so strong! My vitality was back! Even my libido was so strong it was disturbing! All my allergies also went away when I ate high butter, cheese, and meat diet! I crave it so much. I cook my meat too though! You should try cooking and eating it raw! Fruit is good, but meat is like sustenance! Good luck on your adventures! God bless you! Much love! Bye!!!

  • ive been on paleo diet for a month now and i have tons of energy.

veganism isnt even natural. Your depriving your body of vitamins only found in fish and lean meat.

  • Awesome! This guy you're mimicking, I've seen his channel LMAO

  • @natureasintended whats the channel of the guy!? lol

  • @videobenji ha.. found it :)

  • @egbach420 get educated ya fuckwit

  • @timoftyr Ive got some mates that do cross fit. They drink shit loads of beer, have 2-3 redbulls before training, eat loads of rice, bread and pasta. Sounds heaps 'Paleo' to me. They eat more like vegans than carnivores primal idiots.

Show me one low carb thriving athlete. Barry Sears aint an athlete, he is an overweight 'nutritional author'.

I also dont know any cross fit crew that can out train me cardio wise or even strength endurance wise.

    I remember passing a crossfit trainer in a 10km..

  • @durianriders Paleo is not low-carb.

Paleo is eating a moderate level of only good carbs which come from vegetables, fruits and true nuts.

  • @durianriders I'll give you a couple of names of many. Look up Ben Greenfield of the Get-fit Guy podcast. He competed in several Ironman races and is a top triathlete coach. Also look up Mark Sisson. He was a top level Ironman coming in third place in Hawaii. So what was the last top level race you competed and placed in?

  • @sclaysdharma Hey Mark Sisson got ALL his race results eating low fat, high carb. Read his blog next time. Thesedays Mark is pretty scrawny for a 'power athlete' and doesnt even compete in anything these days. I mean he says 'I want to look fit vs be fit'. Ever wondered why Mark recycles the same photo shopped photos from 7 years ago, over and over? ;)

How do you say 'Human growth hormone'? ;)

  • @durianriders Do you really think everyone who is on a Paleo type diet is on steroids or human growth hormone? Give me a break. And you calling anyone scrawny is just too funny. What? You did not have any crap to talk about Ben Greenfield? Amazing!

  • @sclaysdharma Mark was a vegetarian when he won all his races.

  • @VeganPua Ever wonder why he is no longer a vegetarian or does triathlons?

  • @sclaysdharma He said somewhere that he hate everyday when he trained.

  • @VeganPua well, I guess I could understand that.

  • @durianriders You may very well beat anybody who does cross-fit in long distance cardio or "strength-endurance" competitions, however, that's because you have trained your body & specialized in those things. Running/cycling for hours is something that is both impractical & useless. It has little carryover to most physical activities unless you consider running from some predator for hours as a given ;)

  • @ITakeYourFood Post your track times. 1000$ I could out sprint you over ANY distance.

Loss of high end stamina is the first sign of nutrient deficiencies in humans.

  • @durianriders I doubt you could. I admit that I wouldn't be able to sustain my high speed sprint for very long, however, the moment I catch you, you'd be destroyed because you lack any real muscular strength. You've sacrificed strength for speed basically. I could say that THAT is the first sign of nutritional deficiency, afterall, if a person cannot hunt an animal & animal & chase/tackle it down, then they will go hungry & die.

  • haha, you are a pretty cool guy, fuck what these haters say

  • Our energy production does not depend on the food that we eat. It depends on the state of our hormonal, glandular, and neurotransmitter balance.

  • love it. love it.

    appreciate the sarcasm.

  • gREAT MAKEUP

  • LMAO!!!

  • ROFL :)))

  • Nice hair harls

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA

  • HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • Im curious if anyone has healed digestive problems while incorporating raw meat in there diet??? crohns for example!!! I think not......

  • durianriders reminds me american psycho.

  • LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • You never looked better Harley!!! :))

  • It seems that you do not know there is a difference between the primal diet and paleo. It is as different as 80/10/10 and David Wolfe's spin on vegan raw. Must say Harley, you look the best I've seen you in ages ;) stick with the paleo man, even with fruit in it. Get enough nutrient dense animal products in you and your cravings for sugar will disappear. You may even become calmer and feel grounded. A Harley that doesn't just open his mouth and let words fall out.. cool, I'd like to meet him :P

  • @alickamoso1

aww. poor baby. and you can't hurt him either

  • hahahhahahahhahhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • I wouldn't doubt at all that you would run into major deficiencies trying to live on even mostly muscle meat. Your reasoning is akin to me saying "veganism causes crooked teeth" while zooming in on Storm and Jinjee's family and forsaking the Boutenko's.

  • You don't show anything at all in this video. Give a specific example of someone who doesn't look vibrant besides your friend. Oh wait, the fact that even a few people on a raw paleo website with recent photographs having been eating so for over months look better than you would contradict even an example you give, which is usually some unknown persons teeth or just a story.

  • @qwerudo yeah and what peer reviewed study have you done qwerudo? :)

Another hater eating hotdogs, steak and drinking coke and claiming to be a health expert..

put up some vids bra, of ya blood tests n athletic pursuits and show us what your on about.

Get them paleo crew to put up some vids and not the 18 year olds that have since gone awol. How many fit raw animal eaters are there? I aint met any yet. Not putting anyone down but thats just how it is.

  • @durianriders Not all vegans are healthy JUST LIKE not all meat eaters are healthy ...

  • @durianriders I'd say Arthur Devaney is in pretty damn good shape for 73 and he eats a paleo diet.

  • damn dude you look like you are wearing makeup...maybe you shouldnt go on 3 year fruit binges...they are making you go drag...it really takes some practice to get the makeup right from what ive heard so dont feel bad - lol in all seriousness you are very entertaining

please keep making vids as there are many who enjoy them regardless of their validity =D

  • @AuralRawFoodist Thanks, yeah I realise that if we want to get a message across that entertainment is a great way to do that.

  • Lastly , Harley and vegans:

The latest study involving 500, 000 subjects shows fruits and vegetables do NOT protect you from cancer. Your genes, toxicity, enviornment and bodyfat percentage all play a far greater role.

Google " Australia cancer shows scant regard for healthy diet". So STOP your nonsense, Harley and you vegans, PLANTS ARE NOT A PANACEA.

Douglas Graham is a pure charlatan making A LOT of money off of you........

  • @ObesityMyth the 'latest' study is the china study. Go read it. Its by T Colin Campbell and is the most COMPREHENSIVE study ever done on human nutrition.

    Its conclusions;

    1. A low fat vegan diet best serves human health and fitness

    2. Fruits and veg are the most nutritious foods for humans.

Im making lots of money thanks to Doug Graham actually! :) Yeah he does rip a lot of people off with his free info and books that are priced between 10-30$. :)

  • @durianriders

Actually. It's all pure BS. Turned out to be false.

  • @durianriders The China Study is a fraud. The bio-markers for animal product intake are not supported at all, quite the opposite when you look for studies on blood testosterone, blood copper, and animal product intake. The yearly food intake statistics show no correlation between animal product intake and show the opposite effect.

  • @durianriders - Campbell doesn't discern the differences between raw dairy and pasteurized dairy(b/c there is a significant difference). He doesn't pay attention that protein is good for you if fat is with it. Actually the more fat the merrier, mind you mate, that the animal was wild or pasture raised(not in a CAFO).

  • @ObesityMyth how come only 1 of the paleo crew has ever done a vid about themselves? (rawbase8) and that was very subjective and didnt give out much detail about a daily diet, caloric ratios, exercise habits and blood tests.

    How come?

  • @durianriders Daniel Vitalis is eating in such a way and there's plenty of proof of it. Except he sometimes will eat cooked foods (he mentions wild rice being a staple which obviously requires cooking) and he does eat some raw dairy too, so that's not paleo. He's fit and energetic. How come you ignore him?

  • @durianriders Maybe they just don't need as much attention ...

  • @ObesityMyth Stop the bullsh#t man. I've gotten a ton of info from dr.graham and i've never spent a dime. He answer questions for free on his forum everyday. All you do is come on these videos trying to insult this man. Obviously it works for him and many others so what is your agenda? Everyone knows your the same guy as fatmansupremefatness or whatever that stupid name u had was. I usually don't comment but you are one innoying mofo. Put your videos up with your great health

  • @ObesityMyth

The study you cite does not conclude this--the extract released to the press has been contested by the researchers, who are dismayed that that is how the results were interpreted. It actually shows a small BUT distinct correlation between increased consumption of produce and decrease in cancer; it seems to be exponential, also. So, the more produce you eat, the lesser your risk. Just like always.

  • Sorry, Harley and vegans, plants make MANY carcinogenic compounds.

Mother Nature does NOT care about us.Plants do NOT want to be eaten and have many defenses against bugs , insects, animals and humans. Some small examples of plants' carcinogens are : Safrole found in sassafras tea, nutmeg, cinnamon. Cycad palnts, a major food source in the tropics, contain cycosin. The tannins in cocoa, tea and coffee are carcinogens. Did you know black pepper consistently causes cancer in mice?

  • @ObesityMyth you right and thats why I never eat those plant foods. Herion and magic mushrooms and bucket bong sessions are all plant based but they sure aint healthy!

  • @ObesityMyth some plants are poisonous, but so are some animals. Most plants actually rely on animals for their survival and the relationship takes various forms. There is more than one way for a life form to make a niche in this complex and wonderful world.

  • @szymborski11 Really? Brain lesions? I've got thigh muscle lesions, and a bone lesion. How long did it take yours to heal?

  • @FLJazz16 about a year, i had a massive seizure from electrolyte and drug problems years ago, and there was scarring and lesions on my right side, it took about a year for the lesions to disappear. Lots of PRIMAL biting into raw chicken and fish, with loads of fat. As well as mediation and energy healing techniques, our thoughts feelings and emotions also effect the chemistry of our bodies.

  • @FLJazz16 you obviously aint read any of Dr Doug Grahams work or any medical physiology textbooks on how fat DOESNT lubricate the body.

We aint robots that need oil. :)

  • @durianriders Poor response from the peanut gallery.

Provide the medical textbooks' names which specifically state that "fats enter the blood stream as loose fat (like oil) and that fat as a result lubricates the arteries and insulin". You'll never find it anywhere except in Dr. Douglas Graham's book of preposterous and scientifically invalid/unproven theories. No where else, guaranteed. If you think otherwise, then put your money where your mouth is and cite an example.

  • @andriante great to hear, but where are you exercise vids on youtube? all I can see is video games and pics of bikini chics that you dont even know.

Is that your sport? playing vid games and wanking off to chicks you dont even know? :)

You must have some pretty fit wrist muscles!

  • @szymborski11 Thanks for the loving post champ. :)

  • you are pretty fucking funny ill give you that.

  • Come, truth lovers, and let's have an intelligent talk about true health, real diets and REAL ideas! Just click on my channel and speak up!

    Rawbase 8

  • I LOVE your sense of humor!

    lol!

    "I'll tackle the bear..and..do what's called a bear hug..and...do a primal bite..with the bear hunting teeth..."

  • @guitargczr699 cos we are designed to tackle full grown grizzly bears, elk and bison with our bare hands just like nature intended.. :)

  • hey harley

i wondered if a lot of grapes are good or not?

i ate like 4 or 5 lbs in one sitting and got bouts of diarheea.

And i read that they contain tannins, that if ingested in large quantities irritate the bowels.

  • @beginningraw1 fruit is the most cleansing food around. Number one colon transit food is fresh fruit, so if you have blocked bowels, fruit will flush em out! :)

  • I love fruit but you know what meat is great and i love to drink the blood of young calves mmmm. I love it when people starve themselves then think they are vitality of you tube. Come on mate wake up and smell the bacon fat is where it's at you can't deny that.

  • Oh, and stop commenting undercover in primal and raw paleo forums, "Luanne". ;) Some of your comments were plain out obvious "Look at me, I'm durianrider!". Others were just gay and wierd. Mind your own forum. Or at least comment as a dude, and not a chick.

  • And that veganism's made some whole foods bags under your eyes. You should try some raw meat, you'll feel butter.

  • Also, the body can take excess carbohydrates (say, from fruit) and convert them to protein and fat. Even if you avoid fat, you're body has to make it any way. Just, your body cannot make EFA's, ever. Deficient.

  • @FLJazz16 yeah your right, and ALL those medical text books are wrong when they say the human body can produce EPA and DHA? :)

  • @durianriders The body can't produce EPA and DHA. You are deficient because you eat neither. One moment you glorify textbooks, the next moment you bash them, but you just can't stand the fact that Graham is wrong on his anti-fat theory based on how the body ACTUALLY digests fats. You should just accept the fact that even if Graham's diet works, his anti-fat reason for why is DEAD WRONG. Keep looking for the magical explanation elsewhere.

  • also, those lipoproteins include what we refer to as "blood fat", that is, hdl and ldl cholesterol, as well as other forms of lipoproteins, are composed of a combination of nutrients including cholesterol, triglycerides, protein, and fatty acids. LDL is seen as the bad guy because it contains the highest amount of cholesterol as part of its lipoprotein, but it again is not completely cholesterol, nor is any of the fat in these molecules exposed to blood or insulin in the blood.

  • sorry for the repeat, the new youtube commenting set up is acting up

  • @FLJazz16 Then, the fats are absorbed through the intestinal walls by the cells there. Some parts of the now fully digested fat are already water-soluble and sent on their way. The parts that aren't, are covered in hyrophilic protein in a sort of package of nutrients(lipoprotein) allowing the fats to travel via the blood without issue to the cells that need them. No lubricating going on, sorry. His "theory is about as good as Darwin's was.

  • hahahahahah!!!!

david and daniel do talk the same.chumps. plus evertime i hear one of them say "is that making sense?" i cringe....oh and they have the cute little costumes! hahaha!

  • I've been on the primal diet for more than 10 years and I'm pretty healthy. I get a bit depressed sometimes but thats when i don't eat much. If i eat properly i feel pretty good and have good energy and stamina. I think the primal diet is probably the only real solution for long term health in the current polluted situation and Aajonus needs to be heard out. He has some very important information. Especially about bacteria and parasites.

  • @pleadian I agree, Aajonus needs to be heard out so we can help his followers out of their health and fitness rut.

I mean, youd think AV could run a marathon or up a mountain pass like Doug Graham could, but AV like all the other high fat diet promoters, couldnt do it even if it mean more sales for em.

Ive watched and read all AV's stuff so i know exactly what sort of health issues his followers get from the 'primal/paleo/roadkill diet.

    Fatigue, emaciation, depression, binging, kidneystones

  • @durianriders it's a big adjustment to eat primal successfully (not that big really though if you really try) but i think if you have it as a priority you can benifit a lot from organic raw meats fat and bacteria.

  • Comment removed

  • @Freelea Is Paleo the same as Primal? I think Paleo is differant to Primal dieting as it can involve cooked foods with the focus more on how paleolithic humans would have eaten. Primal dieting as I understand it is consuming raw meats raw fats, green vegetable juices and "high" aged raw meats rich in microbes to encourage bacterial cleansing of the body.

  • @Freelea There is an athlete and trainer called Scott Wheeler who is a very thorough and knowledgeable primal dieter who has won events at the raw rainbow games in hawaii.

  • @Freelea Oh, please. Have you ever eaten raw meat? If you haven't, then why are you deciding what made your friend so sick. Your friend fasted when she should'nt have. Plus, coconut water would have not only rehydrated the girl, but would have saved her kidneys, too. Unless, of course, her ER doc's gave her toxic medicine. Regardless, did you offer her coconut water? Maybe we should blame her death on you based on that alone. (Exactly what you're doing to the primal diet).

  • @durianriders It's a bit of a challenge for ones ego though and you can get into trouble if you buy into it and sell out to the fears and social conditioning too much it's a process and an exercise in real humility eating the bodies of animals raw and unadulterated. You have to eat properly. I'm sure there are fruitarians and vegetarians who fuck up too and end up malnourished.

  • Harley you crack me up...I love your commitment to bringing more attention to 80/10/10 and cracking other diets...ahh you give me a good laugh

  • @meganlevegan thanks!

Nature created the fruit and veg gig. Humans in their desperation for food and or money created all the other fat diets out there.

Give a starving person the choice between a ripe mango tree or a rotting corpse and its a no brainer eh?

Today people in the western world are so starv'nfor glucose that they are so easily confused and end up eating roadkill cos they have been told 'that eating fruit from a tree is unatural! deny your nose, taste and glucose needs! eat death!

  • that vegetarian myth book makes me mad

  • @Munkiefan its makes me laugh how gullible people are 'we found paintings of animals on caves, so therefore we should eat them cos a few cave man did..'

  • lol @ Robin Hood

  • "They have the same little fancy costumes like robin hood." LOL!! hahahah

  • Comment removed

  • durian.... you have way too much time on your hand.

  • @hans89 always got time to get the health message out there.. :)

I dont have time for stamp collecting though.

  • @durianriders more like hate message. How are you going to convince raw paleos with this when their experience is completely the opposite? A lot of them, if not most, were former raw vegans and got into raw paleo because they looked like you in the video when they were raw vegans.

  • @LloydMetcalfe your always gonna get haters, heck I used to be a hater too! :) Then I realised that putting cat and dog food in my mouth and wondering why I kept getting sick.

I was drinking milk as a kid raw and getting real sick with asthma and just hating life. Then it got so bad in my 20's that I did my homework and found out about the importance of a plant based diet.

  • priceless.

when i eat high fat raw + salt, spices, etc. i wake up the next morning and feel like a living dead.

when i eat fresh, whole, fruits & vegetables, no salt, no spices, i wake up the next morning feeling refreshed, clean, happy and full of energy.

  • Biggest reason people come to raw?

Thinking they can live on Raw Gourmet!

    Biggest reason people leave raw?

Thinking they can live on Raw Gourmet!

  • Hahahaha! Nice make up!

  • Classic dude :) LOL ......

  • Fruit is garbage food!

  • Go into mcdonalds with ripe organic bananas and see if you can convince anyone to eat a banana first. Youll have a hard time.

  • I don't care where it's been.

I'll just wash it and eat it. Gift from mother Nature.

  • I too have finally came to the conclusion that this aajonus guy is a fraud, and this comes from a guy who has done the primal diet/raw meats, not that i support veganism now or am one. I feel sorry for those who have suffered from all extreme fad diets, veganism included.

  • Any diet that is devoid of sufficient carbs and comes from Los Angeles is a fad diet!

Doesnt matter if its vegan or not, if its high fat and sold by people with zero fitness or sub par fitness, its just another diet scam in a world of people feeling so sick that they are desperate to try anything to feel better.

Thats why i do my vids like these cos I see so many paleo/primal carb phobic crew going off the deep end. Same in the vegan movement. Crew fearing any source of carbs and feel'n crap!

  • hahahahahahaahaha

  • DV lost all my respect when he started marketing colostrum. I don't even wanna know what else he's into now, each their own...but this was funny ;D

  • ha ha ha ha ha

  • everyone has their own opinion and i dont think that will ever change in the health concious world. everyone does what feels right for them, everyone does what they feel like trying to help them or else thy wouldnt be doing it. there will always be reason why high fruit diet is "bad" and always be reasons why high fat raw meat diet is "bad" and there will be reason why its good. i think people should share there knowledge if someone is curios but theres no need to put others down

  • No need to be rude about other people's lifestyles though.

Everyone has different bodies, so it's quite demanding of you to expect everybody to convert to your type of diet (think about the Eskimos)!.

It's just not right to assume eating meat can never be moral and to mock diversity that can't automatically be changed.

Please reply with your thoughts. :/

  • @iFreeThink the true gift of kindness is when you give it to someone that has no power. When we extend kindness to our animal friends when they have no power to escape the murderous intentions of the worker we pay to kill.

You have just dined, no matter how far away, you are complicit to the original murder.

Humans will eat babies to stay alive. Its happend before. When people starve emselves of plant foods, they go to animal foods to stay alive. We dont live in a society where we have to.

  • hahahahahhahahaha hahahahahahha hahahahahaha

  • @tranquil87 How can eating a dead animal be a natural diet?

  • @belact How can going to the grocery store to buy *hybrid* fruits and vegetables be more natural than eating *wild* animals? Have you looked at nature? Have you looked at what your ancestors did to survive in the wild aka nature?

Very few vegans actually eat wild and local food, because it isn't possible in most parts of the world and because if you were to be a vegan and eat only wild and local food, you could never meet your calorie requirements to be healthy.

  • @tranquil87 every living creature, plant, fruit, cactus is a HYBRID. In biology, Hybrid means the child shares the same DNA as 2 parents.

'hybrid fruits' is a term created by the fad diet promoters. It has no real meaning in nutrition.

  • @durianriders Are you serious about that? Hybrid is not some vacuous word without any meaning in nutrition. In this context it is used to importantly make notice that the product in question is man-made and cannot survive in the wild by itself since it does not have an immune system. It needs a farmer to support it or it can't grow. That's why they use pesticides on the modern hybrid veggies. The wilderness attacks it otherwise because it is out of place in nature.

  • @tranquil87 err um how do you explain all the hybrid bananas and mangoes that grow in the tropics on the side of the road and fruit like crazy and are healthy plants?

  • @durianriders these would be wild, not hybrids.

  • @tranquil87 nope, they were wild hybrids. I even got video evidence of em in my 'banana drive thru vid'. Check it out.

In north queensland its against the law to transport banana plants over the border or in certain parts of the state cos they breed and spread so easily. Hybrids they are too.

  • @durianriders Also who is the butt of whose jokes? When I said I don't eat meat etc. people made fun of that. Now that I say I eat raw meat they're incredulous, but rather impressed than amused, and much less disgusted than I thought they would be.

  • uuu no. veganism is on the rise..... because meat (at least cooked) is contributing to an epidemic of disease.

It's so damn simple: Plants are food; Animals EAT the plants. That's the original plan of nature before the ice age caused animals to resort to eating each other.

  • At a bookstore, I see 25 veg*n books.......... haven't seen a paleo book. It's obvious which diet is standing the test of time.

  • The real question is not about which diet is the most popular. Veganism is not on the rise by any means. Like I said, while some are working everyday to convert people to veganism, there are vegans who are being deconverted. I was a vegan, and so was most of my close circle of friends. I can only count one who still is a vegan, and for how long? Things have taken a drastic turn in the health conscious community.

  • The paleo diet isn't new, but it has certainly not gotten nearly as much attention as the vegan diet for many reasons.

Either way, I am not taking sides here. But if I look at both diets, the paleo one makes more sense if your main intent is to eat as natural a diet as you possibly can.

Your thinking is flawed. If we should eat the plants because that's what the animals eat, then shouldn't we eat the soil because that's what the plants eat? How far does it go? Are we breatharians by nature?

  • @tranquil87 The answer is an obvious no. The people who subscribe to those ideologies are seeking for some higher purpose in life because it is what they instinctively need because it conveys ability, but it doesn't mean it bears any truth whatsoever.

The wonderful thing is that we don't have to look at the paleo people to know what works for us _now_. There are plenty of wild people still living on the planet from which we can learn from. Paleo or veganism both sound limiting to me.

  • tranquil87 what does tranquil mean to you? the aftermath of a bloody massacre where animals didnt want to die but we created spears and killed em anyways or paid other people to do the work we would feel horrible doing?

Show me ONE healthy and really fit paleo/primal eater? Exactly.

What happend to easter island? they ate emselves to extinction by chopping down forrests for firewood and animal agriculture.

  • @durianriders plants don't want to die too.

there are plenty of those people who are healthy and look great. On the other hand, most long term fruitarians look like they are living in a third world country and starving to death. I would link you to some of your 30BaD peers who look like that, but I can't on youtube.

If you want to see healthy paleo eaters, go on rawpaleoforums(dot)com and search for De Vany vs Graham, you will see a lot of comparisons of fruitarians and paleo

  • I'm sorry, that's rawpaleoforum(dot)com without the s.

Quick examples mentioned are Art De Vany, Dr Greg Ellis

Another great comparison between paleo and fruitarian is done in a youtube video... search for ANNE OSBORNE ON TV

  • 1st you say my thinking is flawed. Then you say:

"If we should eat the plants because that's what the animals eat, then shouldn't we eat the soil because that's what the plants eat? "

WoW. I now see the way you're thinking: twisted. We ARE animals.

    WoW. . . . . . . and meat-eaters talk of neurosis.
