  • Nice job. I'm hoping to do something similar in the future, perhaps a 4 voice polyphonic dotcom system, using outboard MIDI/CV converters.

  • great thanks

  • what are the brand of the modules?

  • The modules are made by Synthesizers.c om

  • Very nice tone! Do you have 2 filters?

    Thanks!

  • Yes. Although it's just the 22-space cabinet, I managed to squeeze in both the Q107 State Variable Filter and the Q150 Ladder Filter. I'm glad I did. The Q107 is very versatile, and I find the Q150 to be very musical and (as expected) extremely Moog-like. Someday, after I get more Oscillators, I'll want a 3rd filter, but can't quite decide which I'd choose. Probably the Q107 for versatility, but I actually use the Q150 the most often at present...

  • Very rich sound! Thank you for the patch descriptions at the end of your vids. Very informative.

Is that the dotcom keyboard? If so, how is the action?

  • Yes... it's the dotcom keyboard. I think it's action is pretty good. Much better overall than the Nord Lead 2x, much lighter/faster than a Roland Fantom (which has a weighted keyboard). I like the action of the Moog Little Phatty a little better, but of course prefer the 5-octave range of the dotcom keyboard. A good synth keyboard overall. I bought it mainly because it supports keyboard splits, and can send out two CV and gate voltages... allowing duophonic patches.

  • Excellent. Thanks for the review!
