  • Not a bad routine, but the flys are definitely missing in this video. Dumbell flys are essential in a good routine. I don't care what Jeff of any one else thinks.

  • @Behindspace90 not really true... they are not essential & they can damage your shoulders... wouldnt you rather do this workout which specifically targets ur pecs yet in a safer manner so that you can avoid injury... jeff has a video about flys explaining why they are bad and hodgetwins do as well, explaining why they dont do it... you should take note :)

  • @hutstuff156 just set your bench on an incline and lie on it backwards and hook your legs over the top. use dumbells though, not a barbell, unless you have a squat rack or some sort of safety for the barbell.

  • Hey Jeff, I've been following your workouts and recently I figured the lower pecks is getting bigger and drooping downwards. For a small made person how would you suggest to chisel the lower pecks so it doesn't end up looking moobs.

  • @SoccerboyLMS when using dumbells you are using your arms independently, and if you use a barbell you may use one arm more than the other, maybe without even realising.

  • @Emiel000 you probly wanna take a step back and look at your fitness goal. and first of all USE DUMBBELLS. you might have to use light weight but if you have just started working out youll make ridiculous strength gains. they are much better than machine and use natural movement patterns. get your diet right too. all the work you do in the gym wont amount to anything if your eating junk all day. dont eat too little, dont eat too much, just the right amount

  • @TastyTortilla Using your own body weight is an amazing way to increase muscle size, pull up, push ups tri-lifts etc.

  • @loum111 Try close grip and wide grip bench pressing, I don't have a decline bench press so my coach recommended those exercises

  • @picauchiha hey if you don't mind me answering, maybe your positioning is a little off. keep your chin on your chest and forward for a chest dip. if u still feel any kind of pain then better check up on it. hope this helps.

  • @puredruid plenty of protein and plenty of carbs. Aim to eat every couple of hours. That's the best way to gain size. Consume more calories than you burn. Men are recommended 2500 kcals daily so double it and watch your size and weight boom!

  • @menon4 just get a bit of wood and sit it against a chair or bed or just hit the gym

  • @menon4 u need something narrow and lengthy so u can lay on it from ur butt to your head, but be able to drop your arms staight down to the sides. nothing should interfere the movement.

  • @QuestionAll1 lol. Sorry. When i pressed shift, i didn't let go fast enough to press O. For lower chest, jut put your feet at an elevated level, and do pushups. That's the only thing you can really do though.

  • @VENOMOUSxPLAGUE Put alot of stuff under the tip of the bench so the part your head is opposite to goes up as the part where your head is goes down.

  • @BFMVdrummer Does your kitchen have an "L" shape to it? If it does, go to the middle part where the 90 degree angle is. Do the dips there. You can use 2 bar stools or two couches or two of anything to do dips.

    Been working out again for 7 months now after 18 months away from the gym, lower pecs have been a bit of a problem area. I've seen some improvement after 6 weeks of doing my version of the vertical crossover, I will be incorporating some of the other stuff in your video .
