Good tips, planning on watching all of them ! Having trouble with the Audio, sound does not snych with video. Also it sounds like a very bad cell phone connection. Also Blurry video for such close up work on nice looking models.
Good idea, wish the video was higher quality. One does get tired of hearing Mr. Green say "Welcome back to Testors Scale Model workshop I'm Brett Greene" over and over!
hey, thank's for these videos, they are really great, I'm a new modeler and was wondering if a pin vise is really essential, i always forget to buy one, and in the model im working on (first one) requires you to drill several holes in the wings, and 2 in the fuselage. Looking through the instructions i dont see any other apparent uses for them, just wondering if those are essential in building the model
You didn't say "I'm Brett Green" What gives? LOL! I love you man! I just recently got into scale model building and have a GREAT workshop! My wife and I bought our first home last August and there is a PERFECT workshop in the back yard thats just as nice as the home! It has AC, electricity, windows, etc. I just spent a small fortune remodeling into a even nicer workshop : ) I am really loving it.I sure wish you would continue releasing these workshop videos but I am glad we have what we do.Thanks
i got a compressor and two air brushes for about £80 (british pounds) it sounds a lot compared to the price of a paint brush or even a aerosol powered air brush, but its been worth every penny. you got to love ebay...haha.
What I do is I take fine sand paper and glue it onto a piece of thin wood. the glue I use is wood glue.

Is it so bad if i don't have an airbrush?

trust me. buy an airbrush. i bought a cheap compressor and airbrush and the finish i get is far better than i ever got with a paint brush.

You really do need an airbrush. I bought mine used on ebay with a compressor for $50
The results with an airbrush are amazing. I will tell you this, practice on some o junk or paper before you start painting your models.
