I love this special! I've watched at least a dozen times! It is amazing! I love the Carters too especially Jeb, he is awsome in this episode even though there is a lot more of Jason. Jeb and Jenny would make such a cute couple!

@bffrepublic Mankato is a town that is around Walnut Grove, just past Sleepy Eye they go there to do there shopping and business. All three towns are real towns in Minnesota.

@starwarslady I Live in New Ulm,Mn. I have been to all three towns lots of times. Mankato (we call it kato) is 30 min. away, Sleepy Eye is around 30 min.and I don't know for sure how long it take to Walnut Grove from New Ulm. There all small towns execpt kato. Which is bigger than New Ulm (we have a population arround 1,300 people) But the other towns are very, very, very small and kind of spred out

I was almost abducted at my own school. This weird woman who looked exactly like my mom from faraway came up to me. She had the same short haircut and glasses and was saying "Honey time to go home now". I was in 1st grade and thank goodness to a program called safety school learned not to go anywhere with strangers and to use a password system. I asked who she was and knew my mommy was working that day so Thanks to my teacher Mrs. Cherpak I was saved.

When kids Mary was so beautiful and Laura so ugly and when adults Laura becomes perhaps the most beautiful woman in the whole town.

Why did they make such a horrible episode? Almonzo get's into a ton of fights! It's probably skipping because the guy who posted it did that. I think he/she was just trying to skip the commecials. (sorry 'bout my spellin).
