  • strongest man alive!!! stronger than all together

  • @MrPowerTraining since when?

  • This is the Henry I remember

    Awesome

    Wwe screwed him

He gained more n more weight

Imagine if he stayed a weight lifter

    He would prob be buff

  • someone gon' get they ass kicked.

  • mariusz pudzianowski drop 440 kg

  • MARK HENRY

During his time in high school, Henry was a three-time state champion with state records in the squat at 832 lb, bench press at 525 lb & deadlift at 815 lb.

He broke 4 national junior records in Olympic style weightlifting He broke 3 junio American records 12 times& became the United States' top superheavyweight, surpassing Mario Martinez..1995 Henry won a gold, silver and bronze medal, and a year later, he became a North America, Central America, Caribbean Islands (NACACI) champion.

  • this guy is a whole time kg man

  • @Friday13thTaurus Magnusson also pulled 881 at 21 yo which is just amazing and I think he will pull atleast 1060 one day.

  • Mark Henry is awesome

  • Where is his Worlds strongest man win? Was it in 1996? I can't find it...

  • @theresidentone They call him the worlds strongest man because he won the Arnold Strongman Classic 2002.

  • @thetightpinkie

Wrong, he was called the worlds strongest man back when he was a weight lifter training for the Olympics. He was one of the favorites to win the 1996 event, but he went down with a back injury before the competiton.

  • @Kfowlkes09 Yeah you're right. Must have had a brainfart or something >..>

  • Mark Henry is a beast, even today he's still stronger than anyone in wwe and I don't give a shit if he's drug free or not for two reasons 1. 99.9% people in bodybuilding, power lifting and pro wrestling are taking a ped and 2. you still have to put in serious time in the gym and the kitchen to lift that kind of weight. it is the most important aspect of training even more than what steroid someone takes.

  • Konstantine konstanovs has DL more

  • @RayfulM5 So... Magnusson has deadlifted more than both of them . Do you see how pointless your response was?

  • humans dont get that strong or that big without ALOT of extras. And why the hell do people even make a big deal out of steroids and growth hormones anyway if everyones on them?? that shit is NOT a free ticket to size and power . you can take as much as you like but if you arent also training like a total freak all day every day forever and ever you still wouldnt end up like that , pure and simple. all they do is give you slightly better results then you can get alone.this is amazing either way!!

  • @stallionfury

I am not normally one to comment on this, but I saw your post and figured I would share my 2 cents. The reason I detest steroids is because you have to take them to compete at the high levels. What someone does to their body I dont care about, but when a young athlete is forced to take steroids to pursue his passion, then I give a crap.

Oh and their effect is more than "slightly better":

But yes, this is amazing, that I dont question.

  • @alin1975 yes , it is unfortunate that many sports have gone to such extremes that for one to be competitive at the highest lvl things such as steroids become nessacary , i simply commented because i dislike it when people label someone as a "user" in such a way as to discredit all the hard work they do in pursuit of their goals also.

  • @stallionfury

Absolutely, on that point we agree.

  • dude that was a wide ass grip too thats intense!!!

  • and Mark Henry was only 25 yrs old at this time!!!

  • @ wolfgangle ...isn't it amazing how people that can't do something always want to accuse someone of something... And I'll give yhe ignorant opposition of what u said AND WHY THE FUCK SHOULD HE BE ON STEROIDS BECAUSE U SAID IT SILLY TO SAY THE LEAST.. WERE YOU THERE WHEN HE TOOK THERE WHEN HE TOOK THE STEROIDS ? even if he did or didn't how manta people can do that weight ? You are for the lack of a better word a HATER, I'm sure you've done nothing questionable in your life GOOD DAY SIR... lol

  • all of you who thinks anyone in the tops are natural go piss yourself..

  • @ReMarig00o if there natural that would mean theyd probably deadlift 700kg if they hit the juice lmao...if that was so i think they would have done it a long time ago

  • @ReMarig00o the question is who actually gives a fuck

  • @ReMarig00o You're wrong, there are many top strength competitors and legends that are natural- Magnus Samuelsson, Geoff Capes, Phil Pfister, Brian Shaw, Paul Anderson and Mark Henry just to name a few. So you can go piss yourself.

  • @ReMarig00o ... i would agree with you about body builders, but Mark Henry might just be a genetic phenomenon. Some people are just freakishly strong.... Sure Mark Henry is severely freakishly strong but he's not cut like most of the guys you see who are steroid abusers so it leads me to believe maybe he just eats alot????

  • @andycf87 steroid dont make u cut my friend. lots of big fat strong guys are on them

  • @ReMarig00o YOUR A DUM ASS

  • Mark Henry-World Strongest Man, not Batista, not The Undertaker, not Big Show, not Jhon (Suck)Cena.

  • @MackCockstack true that man. i just argued with one of my friends who is a huge geek about captain america. i said isnt it ironic that everyone loves a superhero that gets amazing strength, speed, agility, and other powers from getting injected with a super soldier serum, but everyone hates elite athletes that take steroids. fucked up.

  • @spidanez That's an unfair comparison. The character Captain America takes the serum to defend freedom and justice. Athletes take steroids for much different reasons.

  • @Nietzsche715 so, the government giving the U.S. olympic weightlifting team steroids to beat Russia in 1958 was for what purpose?... And steve reeves(captain america) was a sick guy that was in the war. he was a test subject for the U.S. to see if the serum would make below average guys stronger and faster. sounds like one in the same to me. i dont use, but i dont see the big deal in it.

  • @spidanez In 1958 it was for propaganda purposes. I know pro sports are rampant with enhancement drugs, so I do understand why lot of athletes either buy in or have to find other vocations. It's just sad that being a professional athlete (playing for money) and being a sportsman (playing honorably) seem to be contradicting ideologies for a athletes. I guess that's one of the major side effects of the huge salaries in modern sports.

  • @Nietzsche715 well, what is more sad to me is that the government has done to steroids what they have done to many things... outlawed it because it makes more money illegally than being legal. i dont partake in them but i would if it got me to that next level. i follow the rules watch what i eat and hold the doors for old ladies and everyone thinks thats great but if they found out that i took roids to get to the pro level then i would hear about every bunk superstition out there.

  • @MackCockstack roid rage?

  • @dippy101 that's not roid rage that's the law.

  • @MackCockstack

This might be the best Youtube comment of all time.

Your screen name is pretty fuckin' awesome too.

  • @MackCockstack ..a little 'roid rage here?

  • @omfg41 RAWWWRRR!

  • @MackCockstack YAH YOU FUCKIN PENCIL NECKS! I'M HEADIN TO THE GYM THANKS BRO!

  • lklk

  • is that the same Mark Henry as in the WWE?

  • @XMrLawlX yes hence the name in the wwe as the worlds strongest man

  • @XMrLawlX yes

  • Not impressed. :(

  • @13andincrediblycut no ones cares if your not impressed

  • @Iforlyfe Was any one supposed to? :P

  • @13andincrediblycut its understandable that your jealous of mark henry

  • @13andincrediblycut yea its not very impressing i mean i deadlift 18000 pound at only like 120 bodyweight so u would expect some1 at his size to deadlift like 30000 pound right/? clearly not impressive... Oh sec mom is calling its icecream time yey!

  • Straight up beast right there

  • Wolfgangle ur weird bro that was in 1996... For then that was good...still good actually Can you do it.. ? Was magnus in the olympics? is magnus clean/no steroids? See u don't ask those questions u go straight for ...crap talk how bout this don't look at it .

  • @Gammatube23 well, why the fuck should Mark Henry be clean? Because you or him say so? ridiculous to say the least. can you lift 440 kg?

  • that was a 410 kg / 903 dl, stop the racistic bs of hyping blacks, Icelander Benny Magnusson can lift 440 raw and needs no hype. 410 kg is the highest dl Mark Henry ever did in a powerlifting contest

  • @wolfgangle actually mark still holds the record for a tested drug free meet,959 or close.I guarantee you benny, bolton and nobody else near the world record has been clean for decades. You can almost be assured,if they dont test, they are on the roids.

  • @wolfgangle Im sure Mark hadnt reached his full potential in this video, he was really young. God knows how much he can DL now if he didn't join that stupid wwf

  • he still cant lift me....i weigh 1000lbs

  • im 13 and i can dead 612 raw no belt or straps or suit :)

  • @13andincrediblycut psh i bet your dick is short from usin steriods u freak

  • @Valentinecopper2 I've NEVER used steriods before because I apparently don't need them! :)

  • @Valentinecopper2 PLUS steriods make testicles in males shrink NOT your penis.

  • @13andincrediblycut wats your bodyweight

  • @zekeg 200lbs and I can manage to lift over 3 times my bw. :)

  • @13andincrediblycut U LIAR!!

  • @13andincrediblycut dude you're on like.. every fucking weight video on youtube. upload something or shut the fuck up.

  • @13andincrediblycut so you can lift your momma then

  • @13andincrediblycut why don't you just upload the fucken video???

If you say you're 13 and you weight 200lb, either you're a freak, or a fat ass. If you say you can lift 600 lb. just upload the damn video.

  • @MIguemex95 Geez I will soon. Have patience!!! >.<

  • GOOD VIDEO

  • is he MARK HENRY??

  • im only 13 and weigh 200lbs and can dead 605 raw no straps and no suit.

  • @13andincrediblycut

    Bullshit

  • @ecbarbell It's not bull shit.

  • @13andincrediblycut

Lets see some video then, a raw 600lb deadlift would make you the strongest 13 year old kid on the planet

  • @ecbarbell i am going to upload the video very soon.

  • @13andincrediblycut

Do it right now, it takes what 5 minutes to upload a video on youtube? What's the hold-up?

  • @13andincrediblycut You're absolutely full of shit. Unless you're a genetic freak and have trained since you were 8, and hit puberty at age 9 you aren't doing no 605. I personally know 23+ year olds who do that much and I know you cannot. Nobody respects idiots or liars.

  • @13andincrediblycut let me see a video or your full of bull

  • @trumpet689 wait a while and maybe subsribe if you want.

imma upload it soon regardless though ;)

  • @13andincrediblycut upload it then... been a week.

  • @CrAsHBaNdIcOoT01 You didn't even subscribe you don't care.

  • @13andincrediblycut i dont have to subscribe, but i want to see this video of you lifting 600lbs, it will amuse me to see you not even get it off the floor...

  • @CrAsHBaNdIcOoT01 I can lift it off the floor with out straps.

    Can you? :)

  • @13andincrediblycut did i say i could? no, did you say you could? yes, wheres the proof?

  • @CrAsHBaNdIcOoT01 It's coming soon, don't hesitate. lol

  • god damn!

  • Mark is a very strong man but Paul Anderson was the strongest man of all time.

  • the strongest man to ever live

  • mark henry was drug tested

  • @calexrose

they say mr olympia athletes are drug tested, too!

    OPEN YOUR EYES!

  • Mark Henry's strength is impressive but not as impressive as his acting ability in that movie " Precious ". It was amazing how he played a young obese girl and made it so believable. That was him wasnt it ?

  • @ReALiTeeChEkk LMFAO hahaha!

  • @ReALiTeeChEkk helll naw lmao

  • @MrPlantcity813, lol i had 2 go back and see what i wrote cause i 4got.. Glad u got a laugh from it.

  • hes using a hook grip also!

  • @rctriplefresh5 Good observation, hook grip is awk

  • It was 903 pounds. Check the books!

  • henry is definitely the strongest wrestler ever.

  • @aks73

Ted Arcidi, Bill Kazmaier and Jeep Swenson may have something to say about that..

  • Well you have to be genetically gifted to do what he is doing naturally. Which i believe it is natural. Look how dense he is, He is wide as hell. The average joe can steroid all you want and still not get as strong. Sorry!

  • this is true, without the natural dense thick bone structure and ligaments of you cant support huge amounts of muscle and expect the same neurological pathways/density

  • Dream on.

  • He did this deadlift at a bodyweight of 400lbs right?

  • AND ALSO, the avarage guy shuts down my comments because he doesn't understand anything.

continue to admire this NATURAL WONDER -.-

    Two things are OBVIOUS:

    1) you don't train with weights

    2) if you train with weights, you don't train seriously.

I'm outta here. Good luck to you. Ah, check out ronnie coleman. he is a natural wonder -.-

  • lmfao!!!

  • Ronnie Coleman is natural, he would never put a pill in his mouth. -.-

  • @Apjooz

hahaha yeah that's the way I think about it lol

  • @Apjooz

HAHAHAAAAAAHAAAAAAA. I really hope your comments is overflowing with sarcasm.

  • lol @ u.

  • @Apjooz haha u rly think he got that big naturally

  • @Apjooz dude there are videos on youtube of ronnie puttimg all kinds of junk and pills in his mouth in his daily routine.

  • @Apjooz maybe not a pill in his mouth but certainly a needle in his ass...

  • @Apjooz sorry ronnie coleman is not natural lmao

  • @Apjooz you sir are either very bad at sarcasm or very very ignorant. he has probably consumed more pharmacies then you have seen in your entire life and has lifted more weight and put in more gym hours then then some of best athletes out there.

  • @Scurpione Ronnie Coleman is great. But he is training correctly for bodybuilding, and uses steroids and eats like a horse -> basically if you do those things you get huge, unless you have some disease. So I think he is not natural wonder, but he is damn great at bodybuilding.

  • @Scurpione lol

  • Comment removed

  • @Scurpione ronnie coleman is not natural

  • @retox111 He was being sarcastic (note the emoticons).

  • @Scurpione there is no elite pro bodybuiler thats natural.Hell, theres virtually no highschool bodybuilder thats natural

  • Ah, conclusion is:

I'm not saying that you can't admire them.

Admire them for what THEY ARE. And admire yourself for what YOU ARE

  • I don't know why you are getting into all this extended point of admiration crap.......I responded on the basis that you were undertoning Mark Henry's claim that he was drug free, which you seemed to just not trust.

  • ark Henry had a bs story made about him and he didn't do anything about it. His high school lifts were probably good but not phenomenal. If it was me I would tell them what my lifts really were and change to story so younger athletes would be motivated to train hard and work hard and believe they could get to that status if they can dream it.

  • Damn Henry XD

  • Now i know why he got the knickname the worlds strongest man.I thought it was to do with the rope thing he did with vader. But conbloodygratulations to him.

  • pfffffft my record is 950

    grams lmao

    he's a tank

  • yup this is 903 not 935. still awesome.

  • he did 903 in highschool

    935 is his record

  • He didn't do 903 in high school you fool... This in 903 it's written in the records.

  • O wait, He did like 850-something in high school and 903 later on.......

    his maximum was 935.

  • Mark henry is strong as hell (actually not sure how strong he is now), but nobody in history has done that. Those lifts were probably made up. Plus think about it if he did 850 in high school by the time he was 30 he should've been able to do 1000 raw on deadlift. plus I do not believe he ever did 935, I may be mistaken, but I read that in the Olympic lifting records he hit 903, which is still respectable as hell. Plus didn't he do clean and jerk too? Incredible for a man his size...

  • dude......people have lifted MORE than he has............but yeah he's strong as hell.

  • I meant his high school lifts were made up. Of course people have done more than that, but nobody could move that much in high school, no matter how good their genetics are or how many steroids they take nobody that young has done that. The human race hasn't evolved to that point yet. High school lifts are made up all the time to just make people look more impressive. No offense but I think you should've read my last comment more carefully lol.

  • Fir3fly, you really don't think genetics and training can make an 800+ deadlift in high school? Let me tell you something......

Theres a 2-time wrestling state champion who used to go to my high school(now he's college), that deadlifted 570 lbs. Now he's like 1 in a thousand. But many of the world's strongest men are genetically gifted with strength. So they are like 1 in a million. It's not unimaginable.......800+ lbs by a genetically very powerful highschooler. Made up? it's official

  • No the lifts were made up. I never said genetics don't play a factor,. they play a huge factor. But if those statistics were true they would go down in history and that's a fact. If he pulled 800+ in high school, than his genetics would've allowed him to pull 100 raw by the time he was in the olympics. And his top dead is 903 not 935. It's in the records if you want to look it up.

  • meant 1000 raw btw.

  • made up?? I'll give you at least 1 link here sir.

I messed up kinda confusing the deadlift for the squat, but

    Highschool-

    Squat: 832

    Deadlift: 815

    Record-

unequipped squats: 430 KG (946 lbs)

    deadlift: 935 lbs

He is truly one of the strongest drug-free men ever.

You seem to base your argument on that he would have to be "down in history" well he did in that era, but Strongman Competitions today focus more on current. Also, why do you assert that it "would've allowed him"? facts? guarantees?

  • Where's the link? And if you look at his olympic record deadlift it's only 903... He may have done more outside of the olympics but it's not recorded. And yes trust me unless he was held back like crazy in high school than there's no way he could have done that. He's strong as hell no doubt and has gifted genetics for lifting, but never moved that kinda weight in high school.

  • And yes I guarantee you that a drug free powerlifter at 18 that could deadlift 800 would be able to deadlift 1000 raw with 10 years if training. I GUARANTEE IT.

  • Firefly,.....not all males grow the same......my friend who is merely 17 has stopped all of his physical growth.....bones episypheal fusion and all of that. His muscles aren't the best shape but he still trains.

As for a gurantee,. c'mon that is naive statement. 800 in highschool his muscles could have been almost maxed, which they already were. a small push and boom..900+

  • I realize not all males grow the same. And trust me I know the process. But if he was pulling 800 in high school than there is no doubt with 10 full years of training he could put an extra 200 pounds on that. So no it didn't happen. You probably read those lifts from a [age that over-glorifies Henry as the world strongest man.

  • If you realize not all males grow the same, why do you persist that the 800 in highschool is not possible??

815 in highschool record, are you going to argue with a national record? It's OFFICIAL. and your premise is this: "IT didn't happen because with training you should be able to add more than 100 more lbs."

That premise in of itself has NO PROOF supporting it, even if it was from a survey, none of those surveyed would have Mark Henry's exact body type.

Other factors include wear and tear.

  • No little man... You need to calm down. Your misunderstand my argument. First off, there is no existing national record with that statistic, so that in itself is false. Second My argument is the fact that if he could pull 800 with literally over 10 years he would be over to put over 200 pounds on top of that. There's literally hundreds of statistics as well as anatomical models and charts that would back this claim. Up so before you go posting your bull shit think about it before your doing it.

  • I can believe 800 at high school, Im half Samoan and I put up 440lb on the bench and 500lb on the deadlift at 265lb in high school and it wasn't even the school record.

  • world record for high school deads is 632 so yeah it's bull. Still a strong man no doubt

  • maybe it's unofficial?

  • Dude ot's bull. It was just a way for them to hype Mark Henry more and make him appear super human. Unless he was held back for 10 years in high school it didn't happen. Mark Henry is a strong man but not super human. Want super human? Look up some strongmen like Mariusz or power lifter's like Konstantinovs or olympic lifters who's channel name is like BROZKNOW or something.

  • @Fir3fly798 mariusz is more athlete than strongman, Im sure you meant savickas

  • @Fir3fly798

Isn't Mark the only man to win the top 3 strength comp? WSM, Powerlifting, and something else?

  • @godofthisshit i dont think mark won the wsm...and you cant ''win'' powerlifitng.

  • @rctriplefresh5

I don't know then. Saw an interview where he said he won in strongman, weight lifting, and powerlifting. Also claimed he's the only man to do so ever.

  • @godofthisshit: he won the schwarzenegger strongman classic in 2002, he still holds the record for the highest unequipped squat and I believe he has the highest total when you count powerlifting and weightlifting together.

  • @F5connecting

    Thanks.

  • @godofthisshit No. He never competed in WSM, He competed in olympic weight lifting in 2 events, and won the Arnold Classic 1 year and his records at the Arnold have been crushed. So although he was a very strong he was never the "World Strongest Man." That title was given to him for wrestling.

  • Mark is to be respected no doubt but lying about somebody's past accomplishments is stupid.

  • BROZKNOWS

    that's it

  • @TzipKing 500 at 265 is shit.

  • @rctriplefresh5 it wasn't a strength of mine, i could bench more

  • @TzipKing

Arent Samoans some of the best athletes in the world? How many are in these strongman stuff?

  • I'll just say this about Mark, he's an amazingly gifted lifter and I have nothing but respect for his great feats of strength. But there is no existing record high school lift of an "815 squat" or "800 deadlift." Want proof, go look it up. The only national record that comes close to that is a 632 deadlift and that is already ridiculous for high school. M

  • drug free? O.O

  • yes,........drug free.

He is a natural wonder.....don't bother with that other guy he's trying to say the lifts are BS, well there were times in his life where Henry slacked off at first but went on to try harder later in life, hence maybe why his lifts didn't seem to match past accomplishments.

  • yes yes I also believe in dreams that tv wants us to believe.. why not to believe them.. -.- I don't know mark henry and I can't say anything. But just the fact that he was a strongest man, the strongest between other monsters, then he went to the wwe. Yes.. do you think people in the wwe is drug free? O.O yes yes, I'm not so easy to believe things. Oldtime strongmen BEFORE the steroid era, they were amazingly strong.

  • Scurpione, you're just like the dirt dishers who constantly say "well, it's hard NOT to believe he does that" "he does drugs etc."

SO you're saying You totally don't trust in others' committments? People choose to be drug free because they want to live up to their own goal standards. They don't want to be shamed upon.

yes, there are people in the wwe that are drug free, not all obviously, but WWE tests these guys frequently so little harm in the entertainment industry in general.

  • yes yes yes.. I don't want to listen these things. Why do you say he was natural? Did you know him? Speaking of wwe, john cena said he is natural. absolutely. and never used anything.

look at old cena's pictures when he competed as a bodybuilder.. take a look! you can say we are talking about henry, ok. I train with weights and I make sure not to focus on these models, they're too high. they are incredibly genetic gifted, but also helped with chemical. it cannot be denied

  • CONTINUE:

listen this, I reverse the question you did to me:

Do you think that people who competes in most bodybuilding competitions, do you think they are "drug free?" it's not only ronnie coleman or schwarzenegger that were not natural, it's a common thing, and it's ok, because it was their choice. it's a free choice for everyone. But I HATE when a "champion" says he's drug free. wtf. real champions are people you don't even know, cuz you'll never see them on tv.

  • Scurpione what the hell are you getting into? bodybuilding focuses on looks, of course they are going to use HGH and steroids to grow.

Just saying when some people make a committment, don't be overly suspicious of them considering them lying until "proven otherwise"

Mark Henry it's not hard to believe he is drug free. He's certainly not the most powerful man on the planet, but his kid days it was clear he was naturally gifted......and he kept that natural according to him.....

  • @liantlian

bodybilding focuses on looks yes, but both cena and henry archieved a very incredible goal. they both said they were natural, so I think it's the same thing. Listen, we can never know the truth about that. I consider the thing so personal because I train with weights and I care a lot of what I do. If you don't, well I'm sorry for having you consider a way to see things that is so unusual for the avarage guy

  • They "average guy" today knows that there are such things as very powerful men, waay above average men when it comes to strength, and they didn't do steroids when they were children that much is clear and not all use steroids as adults.

It's unnatural to be suspicious before the age of steroids, when the strongest people naturally lifted close to Mark Henry's lifts. Mark Henry, though, has done a few things that set him apart, such as the first proven clean+jerk of the Inch Bell.

  • kaz was the first

  • A lot of WWE guys body shapes changed after the wellness program came into effect, Henry and Cena were two of the few who didn't... which points to natural genetics.

  • LAST CONTINUE (I'm sorry) XD

... and if you watch them, you relate on them. You'll have their image in your head, and if you train, you will have a bad feeling on your improvements, that maybe can be great for a common genetic gifted and natural, but you will not understand this thing, because you have a too much high idea in your mind. that is why it's bad to relate on superhuman monsters supergenetically gifted and ALSO helped. LET'S FACE IT

  • @liantlian Lian is right no wwe can use substances they are punished for it they have random drug tests
