@xDonut3 Actually look it up, Celine has talked many times about how awkward and ugly she felt when she was young, she was very tall and skinny for her age and had vampire teeth and was made fun of, and bullied at school because of it...she begged her parents to leave school and be home- schooled, so yes Janis Ian wrote this lovely song but Celine remembers what it feels like to be an "ugly duckling" and for that reason alone she does this song justice.
