it is always possible that Rev's parents can only use short bursts of speed, whilst Rev's power enables him to run very fast for a long time. this would also explain Rev's need for the rocket skates. if he had to make lots of deliveris, he would get really tired, hence the need for the skates. just a thought in responce to all this debate about Rev's powers =)
