  • The Pharmacy lobby groups bribe politicians. The politicians then use OUR tax dollars to bribe police departments to bust Marijuana more because they put OUR tax dollars as bonuses to these cash strapped police departments. We the People then get no police work on real crimes like home invasion, rape, assault because there is no corporate profit in giving bonuses to the police to just do the job they are suppossed too.

  • 2:51 did this guy just pack a non grinded nug into a pipe to smoke?? noob!

  • @jacthesnack Lol great observation

  • Great segment, wow! Both sides are relatively soft-spoken and to the point. Very informative. No filler and no bickering -- just how I like it!

  • The failed prohibition of marijuana causes FAR more damage than marijuana itself.

The current unjust, immoral, UNCONSTITUTIONAL marijuana laws are ruining the lives of otherwise law abiding Americans. LEGALIZE.

REGULATION AND TAXATION IS THE ANSWER! ACT NOW!

  • I do not medicate in my basement. I do it on the 2nd floor and on YouTube for all to see. I am not ashamed.

  • That is the only segment on fox, that I have ever seen, that was not flat out biased against/for something. Judge (whomever he is) seems to be moderately (pun intended) fair.

  • fox has him?

he seems like he makes so much sense.

    im soo confused...

  • I forgot to mention below, the indirect costs to society in the waste of not only Prevention, Law Enforcement, the Judicial System, Prison Industrial Complex, Probation, etc, but all of the other services that may or may not be directly calculated such as Welfare programs for those left behind while former bread winners endure the above. These include but are not limited to Housing, Food and Health care assistance, as well as, but not limited to, Child Service protections.

    More $ Waste.

  • @DidITweetThat I agree on all your points of discussion, not if we can only get the Congress to listen to us and agree with it, as they say, we only need to convince 50% of Congress and 1 person to say it's over and it will be over.

  • Marijuana legalization is neither a Republican nor Democratic issue. It is an issue of freedom and finance for ALL Americans.

If you are a parent, you should consider legalization so that your precious progeny might have the success of avoiding it in their formative years, such as is evident in success of regulation of Alcohol and Cigarettes.

  • As a fiscal Conservative, you should be appalled by the waste of $1T dollars in the last 30 years of prohibition, and that's just a calculation of direct expenses. The budget in the United States for the War on Drugs grows by leaps and bounds every year, leading to the problem of public lands (which BTW have their budgets cut every year allowing for less patrols, maintenance and use by the public - further exacerbating the problem) being used for illegal grows.

    If you are for

  • Public Safety, you should want less people arrested and given the gift of a permanent criminal record, so that those people might continue to pursue careers. The alternative being a degree from Crime University where cellmates share their extensive knowledge of criminal techniques with those who are likely to become part of the 77% recidivism rate BOASTED by "correctional" facilities. (BTW, any organization that boasts a 77% recidivism rate, should NEVER be called a "correctional" facility)

  • if you are an environmentalist, or someone who cares about the safety of yourself or your loved ones, you should be outraged by underground operations that use harsh and/or illegal chemicals in the manufacture of drugs such as Cannabis/Marijuana, Methamphetamine, and the dilution of such drugs as Cocaine.

Legalization, Regulation and Taxation is the key to a society where EVERYONE benefits, not just those that seek out mind altering substances.

  • I'm noticing a lot of hostile comments towards fox here. You should all give it a try. Yes many anchors are full of shit, but thats the same on any network. And Fox's anchors actually bring on people who disagree with them. Try finding some real debate on msnbc.

  • im personaly disgusted with the world we live in.they, telling us wat 2 do ,wat 2 put in our body ..n so on. we are supposed 2 free?!fuckin` joke this is

  • You guys really should watch fox news more if u think the judge is great u will fnd there are quite a few people on fox news that believe like he does. My personal favorite is Stossel cuz he not only points out how certain things are not constitutional but he also gets into the details of the matter. Fox news does have alot of right wing fools but fox news does have alot of people like stossel and napolitano that will make the case for real freedom unlike the liberals or neo-cons.

  • this is the very first Faux News clip that didn't make me think that Faux is used for anything but Extreme Right-Wing propaganda. Now if they can get rid of their support for a movement based on misspelled, grammatically incorrect hyperbole, they might just start making a move towards a semi-respectable news source.

  • ahh wtf! they crack down on pot so much already many tragedies come out of it billions of dollars are lost ppl die becuz of it but they want states to "crack down" more? talk about one step foward and two steps back fucking idiots

  • ugh im so sick of humanity....were all a bunch of retards.

if we really want weed to be legal, we all personaly should do somthing about it!

  • Why don't they just spell it out and vote on: "Do you want to turn more people into criminals to help fill the empty cells in jails and prisons? Yes or No."

At least be honest about it.

  • I of course am speaking of Ron Paul.

  • In newsletters from the 80's and 90's sent monthly to his supporters, article after article had blatantly racist commentary. His excuse is that he didn't have direct control over the newsletters BUT he wrote most of the pieces contained in them. And he taught his son Rand Paul the same racist values. If you remember Rand Paul endorses legalized racial discrimination. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree my friends..

  • damn that guy just shoved a huge nug in his bowl at 2:50ish. lol

  • Comment removed

  • Prohibition fuels prisons and that is one of the only growth industries left in the US. Cops get most of their funding due to that unconstitutional war. If the US stopped spending billions of dollars funding the world-wide terrorist organization known as the DEA then the rest of the world would drop the drug war too.

  • The government corruption runs deep. Huge profits are being made by keeping cannabis illegal.

    Vote for Ron Paul!!!

  • @peterpotpie Amen to voting for Ron Paul! +1

  • we need to stop voting these old farts into our government

  • Ron Paul is a racist in sheep's clothing.

  • Yes, the initiative would HAVE DONE BETTER ROB. If YOUR ORGANISATION HAD OFFERED FUNDING BEYOND LIP SERVICE SUPPORT. This measure failed because of the more prominent reform groups REFUSED to provide it financial support.

  • why does fox have this guy on tv? he seems so... right

  • @iudnnobasszal He is the only honest middle of the road person that FAUX news has. I think they keep him because he constantly talks about the constitution and that's what the scared, old, rich, white, land owning, christian males (gentry) want to hear.

  • @iudnnobasszal I love it when Fox News has questions about the Constitution... and they'll purposefully *not* ask the Judge because they know he'll disagree with their interpertation of the Constitution... it's comical at times.

  • @iudnnobasszal Not right as in conservative though =)

  • GREAT!

  • great....... so are votes will be split between Gary Johnson and Ron Paul..... great ...... sssiiiigggghhhh ..... (please wake up america)

  • Is it bad that "resonates well with the public" read as "resinates well with the public" in my mind?

  • I love the judge and i love rob. If your tired of the government being in every single part of you life vote Ron Paul 2012. Limited government limited spending huge personal freedom. RON PAUL 2012.

  • I love the Judge. Best man on FAUX, by far.

  • I would like to see that Gary Johnson interview.

  • No surprise here: the congressman that sponsored the legislation is a republican....That's not to say that democrat politicians are ever of much help,... but republicans can usually be counted on to be TOTAL DICKS when it comes to marijuana legalization.

  • Rob Kampia is getting a little fat, can't say no to the Ben & Jerry's for them ol'Muchies.

  • If Americans grew our own marijuana those Mexican drug cartels and street gangs would lose billions of dollars. Can't have that!

  • Fox probably generates a pretty bit electric bill; I wonder if anybody has ever tried stealing electricity from the electric company directly.

  • Guys, this isn't Fox News. It's the Fox Business Network, which discusses mostly business and politics (stock prices and stock market values aren't on the bottom of the screen on Fox News.) This explains why the news anchor wasn't a complete idiot like almost all news anchors on Fox News.

But yeah, I have always voted straight Democratic in every election by I would vote for Gary Johnson in a heartbeat if he ran for president in 2012. Screw Obama. Obama has done nothing to help the situation.

  • @CrappyCaptureDevice cool, i never new anything other then fox news

  • I don't know that Congress could possibly be any more out of touch with the public. But what's new?

  • what fox allowd this on tv

  • gary johnson, will have to remember that name next election.

  • As much as I hate Fake News, I mean Fox News, Judge Nepalitano and Glenn Beck both help the cannabis cause. O'Reilly is another story...

  • judge is the only fox anchor who isn't full of shit

  • robs getting kinda chubby

  • Congress isn't out of touch. They are all just too scared to be smeared by opposing candidates as being a "pot head" or something along those lines. It's all about getting reelected with these people seeing as they have no term limit.

  • Yes, yes, Nicely done Kampia!

  • Huh. For Fox news, that presenter seems.......sane? I'm not used to linking sanity with that channel but I suppose there's a first time for everything.

    And nicely done MPP.

  • @Probablyacowtbh Wow, I never thought I would say it, but Kudos to FNC on that one.

  • @Probablyacowtbh

That's judge Napalitano. He's a lot like Ron Paul and deffinatly the most sane person at Fox news. I'm not sure but I think he doesn't actually have a tv show but they put him up with a web based show so most everything he does is on youtube.

  • @BlindMaphisto Actually Freedom Watch is now on Fox Business Channel. Not quite as big-time as Fox News, but still at least they gave him a spot on TV.

Stossel, another libertarian, also has a show on Fox Business Channel. Both shows are worth checking out for people sick of the typical left-right paradigm.

  • @Rhayader27510 I'm deffinatly on the list of people sick of the left right BS. The number of people in washington who don't make me sick is a short list with Ron Paul right there at the top.
