  • If I hear another thing about a bloody "truth about the beatles" shit then I will explode. I've just been on the site and it's a load of balls!!!

  • I thought I was used to Macca's amazing showmanship, but he amazes me yet again by the ease with which he transforms the audience into a choir.

  • Eternal masterpiece,it will never be forgotten untill the men will walk on the Earth.

  • I'm living for the day that here in Greece,we will have a festival like Glastonbury!!!you guys are amazing!!!God bless british rock!!!!!!!!!!

  • I dream that here in Greece we have a festival like Glastonbury and I smile!!!you are amazing guys!!!!!god bless british rock!!!!

  • I saw the concert at Yankee Stadium on 7/16/11 and guess I just can't get enough. Not sure how a man 69 y/o does what he does with the current tour, 2011!

With Beatles in mind, the posted video, "40 Years of History in 3 Minutes" is a fast-paced music montage set to GET BACK and GLASS ONION capturing historic landmarks, 8mm film antics of the time and The Beatles' rooftop performance. Enjoy!

  • chapman should have shot that cunt instead and i was there

  • @uk4q lmfao you're kidding right?

  • GETS BETTER AND BETTER!!BETTER BETTER BETTER BETTER BETTER BETTER BETTER BETTER BETTER BETTER!!!NANANANANANANANANANANANANANA!!

  • never gets old!!still listening now...and forever..till i can remember my name, ill still listen to this song.

  • talking about chills...

  • Haha I would have done anything to be in the crowd singing "na na na nananana nananana hey Jude !"

  • after lookin at this show ... i think this is the best solo performance of any musician ..and also MR MACCA is the best musiscian in the whole universe

  • I love watching the Glastonbury performances because of the audience, they are very engaging.

  • rock god and legend paul mccartney

  • Listen I'm American, and if you came here to comment on Britain vs America your just out of your mind. I don't care if your American, British, Japanese, Chinese, whatever, Paul McCartney is arguably the greatest musician alive and if you don't get chills watching this video there's something wrong with you.

  • @coocoo4coca Banter mate... no hurt intended

  • America - all those people + all that money = not a fucking patch on Great Britain

  • 5:35

  • Paul was flat until3:28....I have never sung out of tune, just to let you know...And I am completely full of doo-doo. Paul rules to this day!

  • Naaaaaaaa naaa na nan naana ehhhh! ♫

  • I bet John was smiling down. Hope we do him proud!

  • God, I would LOVE to be in that crowd! Amazing!

  • Liverpool. The best city in the world.

  • who mix's his sounds, its always unbalanced. for example there is a definite clash on frequencies with symbols and one of the guitars. hurts to listen too. good performance and great reception from the crowd, just paul mccartney is potentially the greatest songwriter living, just seems odd that he has bad sound engineers when doing live shows. its not just Glastonbury, almost every show ive seen him play

  • ahh memories!! xx

  • The Pyramid Stage was meant for Paul

  • prob the coolest video ive ever seen

  • Paul McCartney... the One and Only.

  • I want that shirt!

  • hey jude!, kill the 3 people

  • The. Best. Ever.

  • The best classic ever!! last year I saw Paul live and I just cried when he played this classic song, I wouldn't believing that I was there <3 I hope all the beatlemaniacs can see him someday too, that was the best day of my life xx

  • Yes Britain!

  • 4:10 - it just brings me to tears... Ahh...

  • @angryant1220 hes 67.68 this year

  • its probably Heather Mills' 3 accounts that dislikes...

  • the 3 people that disliked this video are fags. THIS SONG KICKS ASS!!!

  • at 4:20 there is a subtle but definite sound of a chicken... lol check it out. what the fuck is that??

  • @SiphonPlane A chicken?

  • scoccante brividi

  • OMG! my mum was a supervisor backstage of that concert, got a hug off of Paul McCartney after he left the stage.

  • One of Glastonbury's finest ever performances

  • I'm still owed a rendition...and if I have to wait much longer I'm gonna make ya sing it too. ;)

  • no one can ever do it like he does <3

  • Wicked

  • im stunned, that was fuckin amazing never seen anything like this, at the end when the crowd was singing ... god i wish i could be there too

  • gute zeiten, als noch nicht jeder möngi, mit der kamera mitfilmte und noch abging....

  • I was at this and the goosebumps return watching this. 80,000 people walking slowly back to their tents singing this spontaniously un-accompanied was one of the great moments of my life. Just amazing. Best pop song ever!

  • This was epic...never forget

  • im one giant goosebump

  • See you in Sao Paulo - BRAZIL november 22!!!

  • 4:59 Superman

  • goosebumps.

  • Paul McCartney must feel like a God on that stage...

no.. scratch that, he IS a God.

  • omgggg fucking awesome!!!!! paul is the best !!!!!!!!!!

  • Wow when the na na na part startd I got a chill that ran all the way throughout my body :)

  • I read when he gets to the part "the movement is on your shoulder" he gets chocked up sometimes in public because - at first, he didn't like that line, but John told him to keep it in, because he liked it... So when he sings it, he thinks of John...

  • @jceynowa - You're thinking of when he sings the "a little colder" line.

  • FUCKING AMAZING... so much people singing... sound so good.. made my day :)

  • Paul McCartney's a fool who plays it cool ;)

  • Paul= God

  • The 3 people that dislike this are Justin Beiber fans

  • amazing

  • This is Precisely why Britain is better than America

  • @CharIiePresents Britain does not need McCartney for that accalade!

  • @CharIiePresents wow hold on. He is totally amazing, but this is not a reason. I'm not trying to discuss, just saying

  • @CharIiePresents JUST LIKE THAT

  • @CharIiePresents I live in Canada. I have a british kid in my class. He's so stupid, and incredibly immature for his age. I don't know what else to say. Fucking brits.

  • @CharIiePresents yeah, how many "brits" have been to the moon?

  • @Hotchilipepprz4 Pahaha whats that got to do with anything?

  • @CharIiePresents you said britain is better than america, at certain things that is correct. But overall? Just look at the revolutianary war, industrial revolution, and pretty much every year from 1776 to the time obama got elected.

  • @Hotchilipepprz4 *sigh* here we go.. mate chill out. I posted that like a year ago and besides its mere banter

  • @CharIiePresents :P im just saying. You should watch what you say :)

  • @CharIiePresents Best comment ever!!!

  • On July 31st, it will have been 42 years since Paul, John, Ringo and George first recorded "Hey Jude" in London

And to this day, it's still got literally millions and millions singing along at the top of their voice and clapping their hands

"Naaaaaaaaaa, Naaa, Naaa, Na Na Na Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaah, Na Na Na Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaah, Hey Jude!"

  • just watched him doing this at the isle of wight festival and he still has the same band 6 years on , which is COOL!

  • amazing !!!!

  • When the guys and girls sing at different stages its an excellent contrast and really adds something special.

  • I Just lOVE ME A BRIT ACCENT. GO FISH'N CHIPS PEOPLE!!! WOOOOHOOOO OH YEAH!!! IMAGINARY LIGHTER!! *swings* OH NO ITS BURNING SOMETHING!! AHH WELL!! lolz

  • Absolutely awe inspiring! Love it Paul!

  • Na na naa.. Hey Judeee..

Macca en un videochat afirma que posiblemente venga al Perú este año..

si eso sucede, puedo morir en PAZ!

  • im so sad i was born in 1994 rather than 1964. the golden decade for most things especially music. oasis are the only thing to come close to what was produced then.

  • @Gregorious94 I was 95, and I feel so crushed that I couldn`t have gone to a show in the Beatles prime. It would be so breath taking.

  • @Gregorious94 oasis? you're joking right. I'm much gladder to be in this generation we can listen to all the greats from the past and also get the benefits of all there influences in modern music. Oasis are extremely overrated definitely maybe is a great album but everything since has been mediocre there are a lot better bands around now.

  • This defined Glasto '04 for me, and i'm returning this year after a 6 year absence. Defining moment up for grabs! The Flaming Lips? Muse? Hot Chip? Florence and the Machine? Parliament? Stevie fucking Wonder?!?! Betting it's the last one, woop!

  • @MusicLovesYou yeah man, stevie is gonna be epic! its one of the biggest negro solo artists the world has ever produced!

  • 67 days till hampden...

  • i love the BEATLES

  • all the beatles songs are a legend

  • i remember this, i was right up the front pissing into a cup as i didn't want to miss any of it by a nightmare walk to the toilet

  • I was there!!! Awesome moment Mr. McCartney!! Remember thanking God with each blessed second that passed, you made my childhood wish come true!! Keep on rockin'!! xxxxx

  • legend!

  • a-m-a-z-i-n-g

  • this will be the anthem of the isle of wight festival 2010 FACT na na na hey jude

  • na na naana na naaa!

  • I agree with Paul at the beginning, I would defenitly join in the singing.

  • great song

  • This is great song... so what? I am talkin not about the song but about the guy who is booooring. Nothing more nothing less. One soundly composed new song per a decade could be better for such an artist than singing same good songs. As his fan I expected more, than only watching him changing ukulele, bass or piano...

  • Paul wrote this song for Julian Lennon when John was breaking up with Cynthia. He was worried about Julians future. Julian Lennon actually said in an interview that Paul was more of a father to him than John, and there were more photos of him playing with Paul as a child then there were of him with John. John actually said (something like) "He came out of a whisky bottle from a Saturday night" which Julian admitted that it effected him greatly. Poor Jules. Paul is a truly wonderful person.

  • i was there! i was only 12!! still was brilliant!1

  • As a big fan of The Beatles I am a bit disappointed, that sir Paul is still singing same old songs. Not because those songs are bad - they are actually the best songs in the world, but I expect him to compose something new. Singing the same "na na na... hey Jude" is a bit boring.

  • You fucking ididot. Wtf. Its the most famous song ever you prick.

  • So what? You fucking pussy.

  • r u crazy?? hey jude is an amazing song and i think its great that people now a days get to enjoy a live version as well as people in the 60s.

  • i'd rather have paul singing it than anyone else brusche1 is right your an idiot

  • @Adamodevadam I agree he has sold out he only plays big venues where he charges £100 a ticket these days the moon faced cunt.

  • @tonymontana1974 ur a prick

  • I was never a Beatles fan, bur my friend was playing this song and it made me want to sing ..also cause the ending is so easy to sing to :p I love it

  • can´t top crying. there are two songs in the world that make me cry - this is one of them.

  • with you on that one! x

  • i think its amazing that so many years later this song still owns

  • @Groundbase the even more amazing thing is that HE STILL OWNS!

  • i love the beatles

  • I'm one of those thousands of people singing along. Best gig experience I've ever been to and I've been back to Glasto 3 more times since then, and nothing's quite equalled that one song.

  • i wish i was there also....

even though beatles hate us philippine people...

i still show them how much i love them (the beatles)

  • They do not hate them! Jeeze. They hated the experience they had but they never hated a whole people. If you think that you missed the whole point of the Beatles. Sorry.

  • The Beatles don't HATE Filipinos, even though that idiot Marcos and his b**** of a wife nearly got them killed. Serves the s.o.b. right he died of Lupus. Too bad she didn't suffer the same fate.

  • lets be honest.

    Gig probably of the century

its not got alot of views but the point being is he can do what he wants when he wants and he knows it.! paul ye know where im at ma man! phone me!
