While the population is different, it still proves that stricter gun laws, like what Switzerland uses, works. Not everything can be handled with a gun. This is why Bush sent us in to war. @giftedkidrules In Australia they don't sell any kind of weapons in department stores. They also stop at people's homes and make random checks once a year on gun storage and bullett storage. And as a result guess what???? Low murder by gun rate. And they have zero political leaders who have been shot or killed. NRA has infiltrated our politics and brains.

No one hunts with Class 3 weapons. Presently we're working on legislation in our state that will change that. Once our FFA passes, all weapons made within our state for use within the state by residents will no longer be a federal issue, but the states.

This is will not only allow for quicker legal acquisition of a Class 3 weapon or silencer but will also add a great many jobs to the states that pass their own FFA.

The Supreme Court has recognized an individual right to gun ownership, the Brady bill expired years ago, and background checks are clearly quite ineffectual in most states. Second amendment rights, if anything, have been stretched much too far -- to the point where the enforcement of gun-owning rights has overtaken any concerns for controlling the supply of dangerous weapons in our society.

Are you honestly suggesting that "shall not be infringed" means that legislators can't restrict any type of weapon ownership?
