Further it has HD Support.

It runs with Windows Mobile 6,6.5 or 7, Android or Google Chrome or other Linux derivates.

Whatever people say, Android is spyware like google desktop. I don't want to hype this linux version with the google logo.

And to your specs. You're probably right. But consider this dramatic change in the architecture! Try opening a powerpoint on chrome. You will say something about Windows Mobile and I will assure you that Windows Mobile isn't capable of supporting anything higher than maybe a resolttion of 800 by 600 (I do not know the exact numbers but trust me :P )

Only no brainer would buy a Eee PC with atom core in it. Of all the web applicatons, especially written with Java, ActiveX, DirectX, Flash etc., will not able to run efficiently with such cpu. Eee PC is suitable for thing such as e-mail, simple html pages temporary data storage or simple word processing. Other than that is a waste of investment and only do environment an extra junk in the near future.

total bs. I'm on my eee 901 right now and i came to watch this video, while my advertisement on hulu plays out. I also have have 5 other tabs open, 2 of wich are engadget, a fairly heavy site. The other 3 are walmart. Basic HTML my ass.

Try run google wave, atom animated movie and any java based chat at the same time, You Eee will gradually slow down after awhile. Add a second life, you may even get a screen freeze.

so i looked up google wave. not out yet. what is atom animated movie? java chat works. want some other benchmarks? runs sims 2 fine can edit standard def video in premier pro cs3 (if a bit laggy) ummmmm and i have never, ever had a complete screen freeze. Im not saying there are no cons, i CAN NOT watch flash movies while virus scanning run youtube HD hardcore game
