I didn't like any of the Resident Evil movies. I remember when the second game came out back on the Play Station (or was is PS2?) and reading at the time that Capcom had rejected scripts because they didn't retain the feeling of the game. And to me that was great news. The games were creepy as hell. So when the first movie came out some years later, I was excited. Never been so let down over a movie before. Crap, right from the get go. They turned a survival horror into an action movie.

Not to be too much of a nerd but if you snap the cables on any elevator, (Even if it was an original Otis) it would only fall a few feet before the safety brakes caught it. That is actually how Otis convinced people that elevators were safe. He would do these demonstrations where he would cut the cables of an elevator he was in and the brakes caught him every time. But the bomb would still kill you.
I'm a fan of the games and I tried to like the films on their own but I have to say that RE: Extinction was the only film that captured the mood of a game as well. Afterlife just sucked.

I hated this movie, it put me to sleep.... a zombie movie put me to sleep. Im a big fan of zombies and their flesh eating ways, but this movie barely had any zombies, the action and slow motion was just boring, and the fight against Wesker isn't but like 4 minutes long.

They should make Resident Evil into a TV series.....at least they could get it right this time. WITHOUT bullet dodging, slow motion and Milla Jovovich. Just what Resident Evil use to be, Survival Horror, not some movie made to make money. And if they thought showing Alice naked every time except the forth movie was going to make real fans of the games forget..... they were wrong. =_= Fuck the movies.

Jeremy, I completely agree with everything u've said in this video...except for the intro...why don't u like AVP so much? AVP-R was worse, I think the first one was pretty good! And i've seen and am a fan of all of the Alien movies and all of the Predator movies. Answer me that, i'd really like to know...

Love the movies and the games. Like the Predators movie is not suppose to be like the comic or the original movies. I do think the movie coulda had a lot more potential. Alice should not even be in it, Wesker's character tried to hard, Chris shoulda been more buff(XD), Claire is great, and Jill? She looks old in my opinion. I never got why she turned blonde in the game either lol.

Also, I only saw the part where they fight Wesker, definitely NOT a fitting end for him (and the Uroboros-like thing coming out of his mouth looked terrible).

Not to be too much of a nerd but if you snap the cables on any elevator, (Even if it was an original Otis) it would only fall a few feet before the safety brakes caught it. That is actually how Otis convinced people that elevators were safe. He would do these demonstrations where he would cut the cables of an elevator he was in and the brakes caught him every time. But the bomb would still kill you.

starting with the first movie the series just went shittier and shittier, with the 4th one being utter shit, in fact, i watched it only because i liked the first movie and kinda endured the 2nd and 3rd because i wanted to see the story continue, but seriously, even for a "LOL MONNIES" movie its shit, no giant awesome explotions, no flying boobs, no awesome ass kicking and no chick fights
