  • Tai Chi and Qi Kung are highly recommended by us for osteo support. Thanks for posting this!

  • Who's Terry Dunn? Why not watch certified masters from China- like Grand Master LiDeyin, Chen XiaoWang, etc., Learn from GreatMasters...go to China not elsewhere or Sydney? OK....plse do not waste my time as I have better things to do.....All the movements------"Thong chor" and seechei" not good. Not accurate! instead u get more injuries...becareful!

  • that this my way or form of taichi can help or cure ......all froms of taichi whether Yang shi , Chen shi helps in your body chi and thus with the right amount of taichi practices etc., would certainly help u in anyway possible your immune system, etc., thus no need to buy specific Cds for this and for that! its a pure waste of money.U might as well spend your hard earned money on nutritional supplements that yur body needs in ageing e.g Vitamins D 3 for stronger bones, muscles etc.,

  • sorry muse54.Sincerely I never believe in other forms of taiji with so much variations and changes.I have been taught kungfu and taiji in Great China! I have been to Shaolin,Chen village, and Wudang Mountains, practically visiting all the training for martial arts centres and schools there.I have been taught and have learnt the true forms of taiji and kungfu by reknown masters. Thus, I really cannot understand why so mnay teachers/entrepreneurs are making money from the sales of their Cds that..

  • No need to follow this kind of very commercially produced video.just do your normal taiji forms like the Yang shi 24 , 42 and if u know Chen shi..do yur daily practices it will certainly helps yur health in the long run.Not overnight it will help u in anything that he has claimed.he is trying to sell his videos.Don't be naive! think harder!

  • @Kennieg118 I took a class some years ago and we were taught the Terry Dunn Yang Short Form. I loved it though it is hard to lean. I have the VHS. I can't remember the movements and can find no classes. It looks as though you are doing nothing but you are working everything in your body and mind.
