again Steve, suggestion, create mask on the foreground using color range and refine edge, use brush white or black to paint off the unwanted back ground. use adjustment layer with gausian blur opacity 20 around the edge so blend in the photo. I agree no way to put photo taken in day with photo mix day night. Especially if you see the skin tones refine by the sun.

Thanks so much for that, but I was just wondering what happens if the pictures aren't the same size? What if the picture you want as your background is smaller than your original picture? How do you make it bigger?
