My late husband, Bert, and saw Don in concert on Oct 4 1980. We held hands and sang along. When the concert was over heBert bought me 2 Don Williams albums. 3 days later Bert was killed when a semi hit the bale wagon he was driving. Had this song, Til the rivers all run Dry and Blue Eyes Crying in the rain sang at the funeral.

I hear you - ask the same / different but similar question.... and don't know but I'm glad I did - it has given me some of the best friends I know. (I asked once on a Lord of the Rings forum chat room --- was it wrong/weird to be a Country Music Fan and a SciFi Freak ---- to which one girl replied why can you not be both it is your life... is it wrong to be different.
