ummm he's not a "hacker" he's just crouched on his screen, shots going over his head. animation not synced. you can crouch and fire m60 this way by using right click and fire.

Ok here it is nice and simple. It's called desync. Just to state i played this game for over a year and joined a clan so i do know what i'm talking about. Basicly MTA is so laggy you need to shoot like a few centremetres to the side to acctually hit them. It's not lag it's just really bad desync.
