I was in Chad and YTS and Chad was popping off without a doubt way more.!When I was there it was a very bloody joint I got sent to CDC from Chad, but that was many years ago seems times have changed.

What a snow job...fully accredited high school? ha! When the teachers bother to show up, right? Must be when the wards aren't locked down with no books, paper, pencils. or any reading material at all...this is a joke, but I'm not laughing.
The DJJ has completely failed in their responsibilities, and strive more now to cover up their failures and keep the prison guards staffed at any costs than they do to educate the wards there. Close down DJJ, it's over, go home!
