Okay, hyperspeed is NOT considered a cheat. It makes the notes come at you faster. They still come at the same rate then when hyperspeed isn't on. It may help you hit the notes easier, but it is still not a cheat.

Does it change the speed of the song? No. Do you do anything differently? No. You can just see seperate notes easier (as opposed to a cluster during a solo on any difficult song.) Overall, not a cheat.
