lol. Made my main a couple of months before Cold War came out, as a Caldari. Damn the Caldari skins were fugly! lol So was Minmatar... if you think they look odd now...lol check before the big graphic overhaul.

The game is fine just takes a lot longer than the free trial too fully grasp it, and actually this was all in the old 2003 engine the graphics were rebuilt from the ground up in between 2007-2008 its sweet bejesos shiny now :o

I bought this game just from what i seen on youtube this year, now 4 months in just about to step into my 1st B/S, ok so i cant tank it yet (no skills there) and i cant arm it properly (not many skills there either) This game is like a drug and im addicted.

so if you see a B/S in low-sec with tech1 smalls gun's, dont kill me just point me in the direction of high-sec...im probably lost :-)

I seriously recommend sticking with the ship you can use effectively and continue training recommended skills for the BS you want before actually getting one.

im rolling up on 1 year played and i went for BS way too fast, had one before i could use large guns >.> its ok though its a learning process, now i can use T2 large rails with T2 drones ect and im 3 days from my marauder ^.^

Yeah lol. we all do the same thing. try to get in a BS way to fast and when we get easily blown away we scratch our head thinking to ourselves... "How the hell did that happen... Need more skills? Ohhhh!"

EvE has changed SO much since it first started... and it continues to change in ways that are far beyond its original package.

We're going to be seeing some first person action soon with the stations addon, as well as atmospheric flight following that.

the universe continues to grow in size and is already a massive 6000+ full RL sized star systems. EvE is a game with no limitations, no rules and the ability for you to truely build an avatar of yourself in a space enviroment.

but the graphics have not really changed at all, which is a bit sad realy.

Apart from that they have added a lot of game content!

it would be nice to see diffrent effects for weapons, explosions etc and improving the combat interface would be nice.

Great video and amazing job at finding video from all those time periods because unless I'm mistaken, those were actually very close if not exactly the time period you said they were. The old explosions (which I think are actually better than the current ones) and showing the release of all the new ships at each point. Well done.
