  • @kotonizna that's true if you save the shrimps heads and cook it into broth it makes an awesome miso soup!

  • It doesn't matter if you want to make the tom yam the traditional way or not, as long it is nice is good enough. I prefer mine very hot with lots of chilling

  • This is not how you make tom yum soup, she strains the soup and adds paste and she is missing some ingredients...crazy Maybe she should go to Thailand and learn how to cook it before making a video.

  • Uses paste. No galangala!? This is not real tomyum. Might as well just use the paste all the way from the start. Nobody strains tomyum... ever.
