you are eating raw lasagna? Salt is good for you if you have real salt not the normal chemical table salt, and a trip to the real world might do you some good as well, should you travel I recommend you leave your gold star chart at home, it will just make you look stupid.
I used to lose a Lb everyday that I only ate fruits and veggies.I then started to eat something with a little salt and the scale would go up, then I would go off the diet. I should have stayed on it. I was discouraged. I did 30 days raw and didn't lose so much, but I felt great,. Now I go only 5 days and then break it on french fries. I am so bad. i need to go back on for life! My husband is fruitarian for 1 and 1/2 yrs now. I am so jealous! SALT IS THE ENEMY!
Its frustrating, but remember how much water is in the foods we eat on this plan. I have also heard that if your body perceives you as starving, you won't lose. Eat small helpings of regular food for a couple of days, and see what happens. Go back to raw after that.
Try using Tamari sauce instead of salt. But, do not use too much. Taste as you go to see if you need a little more. If at the end you feel like you need it a little saltier, just put your slice on a place and sprinkle some salt on it. Good luck!
I tried nama shoyu this week. It is better, but I think I am still taking in too much. I get conflicting feelings since David Wolfe says it's so good for the thyroid and adrenals which I need to support. Hopefully, I will find my perfect balance. :) Thank you for your suggestion.
I thought that after the first week I was going to be down but I am not. Your vid has helped. I use alot of salt also. Maybe the salt is holding water and that is why I am not down 23 day on raw
It's comforting to know I am not the only one. I have laid off my salt quite a bit and have felt less water retentive. It's hard to say because I am also PMSing. Anyway, this is quite a journey to my body. I find my physical and emotional responses very interesting. I feel more in tune as I go. I am now on Day 18 and still not really down on weight. I did see inch loss though. Little changes. I think in 6 weeks these baby steps we are taking will really add up.
Teh recipe was from "Raw Food Real World" and every single recipe I have made has been excellent. I think I did something really wrong and I am going to make it again. Thanks for watching and I am taking advantage of the challenge to take me deeper into the lifestyle. I never began raw foods as a way to lose weight but merely for health. However, losing a pound or two would be nice. :)

Ouch, where was the recipe from? 1 tsp salt does seem like a lot, maybe in the future use salt at the end and just to taste.
Massage is a wonderful idea!
Good Luck with your challenge, remember this is a lifestyle change not a quickie diet.
