@elTiburon1971 You can hypnotise people with a handshake, its a form of rapid induction hypnosis, there is a lot of information about this if you google it.

Brown, Dawkins and Angel all happen to be paranormal skeptics based on their own fields of expertise, and all openly denounce psychic abilities and challenge claims made by others who say their powers or beliefs are true.

Is your position that psychics exist, you are not very clear here?

Derren was taught "the tricks of the trade" - or else he learned them. He chose not to use them - seeing them as manipulative and abusive to use. Thanks to Derren for making us more aware. And thanks to Richard Dawkins too. Although Dawkins wants to prove his ideas he's already convinced of, he's not being manipulative.
