You cant register your kid for school with a certificate of live birth. The registars office will only accept an actual birth certificate, so will the passport office and the Department of Transportation. They are, in fact, two different forms.
You cannot get a social security number with a certificate of live birth.

Well, since BHO has a social security #, a US passport, a drivers license and was registered in US public schools you just proved that he has a birth certificate!! ding-a-ling. And why so hard on GW. We all know he was the worst Pres of all time but are you saying the dummies own State Dept couldn't correctly vet the candidates that were running for Pres?
