@maveriksword it was the shotgun collar. she was a doctor, and john kramer (jigsaw, the old man in th bed) had brain cancer .she had to keep him alive, and if she did as long as her husband made his way through his traps, she would be free. Her husband, though, rushed in and killed Jigsaw, resulting in her collar detonating.
