hahahah sounds like you just have never worked with webhosts in the past. I've accounts with many different webhosts 1&1 being one of them and I have never had a problem with them. The domain renewal thing happend to me but it was because i failed to respond to the cancellation confirmation email which was my fault. Sounds like you did the same buddy. That and you're really f****king annoying so even if your argument was valid I wouldn't side with you anyways.
