I clicked on this video expecting it to be funny. Its is, but its unintentional. Do you know what Skybus was? Aside from being the biggest joke in the industry since Family Airlines, they were undercutting pilots everywhere. The pay, work rules, having pilots go buy water at Costco(google it) all in Forest ranger looking uniforms. Yeah, great airline. I'm glad my Skybus shot on Jetphotos isn't in this video or I'd throw up in my mouth. Trust me when I say no one in the industry misses them.

@Legoman92463 they went out of business because they bought 65planes and expanded way too fast. Then 2 planes broke down or were hit by the ground crew on accident during christmas rush and no de-ice contract so they were last in line to get de-iced and that was about all she wrote.

save the bus. but the Columbus Dapatch said they will probably will never fly again. There is a slim chance but it is slim. Two Skybus jets are still at CMH in Columbus, Ohio. I think those are the two that Skybus owned. All the other jets were rented from Air France and Air Canada.

None were leased from Air France, all were from Virgin America and Air Canada. Skybus only owned 1 A319. There are currently 3 aircraft still at CMH. There were 7 this weekend, 2 left on sunday and 5 this morning, 2 more left between 4pm and 5pm and two are still at SX's ramp and 1 in their hanger on the south side. The aircraft that skybus did own is in Greensboro, NC. The newly leased Air Canada A319 is still being de-skybussed. I work in Airport Operations at CMH.
