Informative video. My nose was almost completely blocked off until I realized that I was mouth breathing too much. I am exactly the same. Headaches most of the time, slight dizziness and a lot or tiredness, even after pleanty of sleep. I`ve had nasal sprays, antibiotics etc. Sometimes I feel like I am nearly better, then a few weeks later, yuck ! I get a couple of infections a year, and that really is bad. Takes 4-8 weeks to recover. I`m now waiting for surgery, hope it helps !

i have suffered with sinus off & on for 20 year's. i have had two ops which helped for a while. the headaches can be bad a times. when the nasal passages are blocked i breathing is difficult, it makes one feel claustrophobic. i get it bad, i sneeze a lot, then my eyes go red, then i look like im stoned. its a pain. but there's people a lot worse off. my advice, get plenty of fresh air, cooler weather is better.

@rishimantri That's a great idea. But if the sinusitis has already advanced to bacterial sinusitis, you really don't have a month to clear it up--it can become dangerous.

I'm not a fan of antibiotics. But in the case of bacterial infection in locations that are hard to clear well with mechanical methods, like the sinuses, a course of antibiotics seems sensible to me.

AAAah , its hurting me real bad. I feel this pressure on the left side of my face right behind the nose bridge around the bone structure of my right eye. Its also making me produce bad breath.
