@laxi1015 Yeah, I agree. There are some good booked "fights" that are a great mix of both pro wrestling and mma, this match imo isn't the best example. It was decent for what it was, but not really that good either.

@laxi1015 well, with this it's a bit more competitive and the 'heat' comes from the fact that they are doing some decent damage out there. i know Danielson can put on great matches either way, though, but this is pretty enjoyable if you ask me. but yeah, if i were wanting to see an MMA fight then this wouldn't be the place for it. :)

IMO this stye of wrestling has no flow to it, didn't really tell a story they just looked to copy mma. Plus every time someone was put in a submission the opponent instantly grabbed the ropes.

@Jongray100 They were going for the MMA look and feel. Obviously they grabbed the ropes immediately because if they didn't they'd be tapping out like you would if it were real. This makes sense.

AMBITION was a great card, Saint was a great venue. This was one of the first round matches, and they only got stiffer and more intense as the tournament went on. Danielson's matches with TJP and Johnny Moss were great, as was Moss' match against Ryan.

No pins in this one; submission or KO rules (hence the ten counts). The match told a great story, i.e. Danielson's just as proficient at kicking legs in as heads! =D
