  • I detect a bit of phasing....love it.

  • could have used some phase shifting.

  • It makes the sound float more!

  • Yeah! I can hear the work you did

  • Great song, mix, and performance. Perfect presentation guaranteed to get those pubescent adolescent girls all worked up and fantasizing what it must be like to get it on with a 30 year old man after all those dry runs with their awkward, groping classmates.

  • 11 dummies!

  • Tell me why thoses 11 people disliked this song

  • @TheBasicStuff Coz they haven't heard of the Fab Four most probably.

  • I love this song ! First time hearing it

  • estraordinarioooooooooooooO...perfeito....vontade de estar laáá....kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

  • I re-cant my original post saying the "no work" went into this vid. "81hvs" is truthful about dubbing in the stereo mix to the original video, so Kudos go to him for that; as it is a much more pleasurable experience musically, than the original cut from "A Hard Day's Night!" Cheers, Beatle Fans!

  • Nice Phasing Dude

  • OOOOH I just fell in love with the girl at 0:40.

Trouble is, she will be a granny by now with a Zimmer Frame. Booo. Why can't we stay as young as the music we love!

  • Sounds top notch for mine!! Great effort.

  • I LOVE THIS !!!! Yeah !!!!

  • Closest Beatle song to DooWop IMO. This one's their best. Really enjoying hearing this forgotten gem once again.

  • Good job. You spent some time on it. Good sync on the video.

  • @tomlynntigard Hate to break it to you, but this video "creation" is a DIRECT clip from "A Hard Day's Night!", with the "possible" exception of muting the screaming girls. I'd have to watch the movie again to be sure if that was done or not. No "work" went into this, besides a download from the film. "Tell Me Why" IS one of my Top 10 Beatles songs, though! :)

  • I don't Hear any thing different ,

  • @spazzcat03 Originally was the audio in stereo and the vocals were different than normal, but when youtube change some features, the audio just became mono.

  • @81hvs yep the vocals were WAY different

  • @spazzcat03 there's a little more harmonization

  • @spazzcat03 There's a huge difference in almost all their album in the Stereo Box and the Mono Box set.

  • Sounds great!!!!!!!

  • love the beatles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I LOVE THE BEATLES SOOO MUCH I WISH I CULD HAV MARRIED JOHN LENNON IM SOO JELOUCE OF YOKO LOL

  • Well I gave you everything I had But you left me sitting on my own Did you have to treat me oh so bad All I do is hang my head and moan Tell me why you cried, and why you lied to me If there's something I have said or done Tell me what and I'll apologise If you don't really can't go on Holding back these tears in my eyes Tell me why you cried, and why you lied to me Well I beg you on my bended knees If you'll only listen to my pleas Is there anything I can do
  • Could someone try doing the stereo track (of this song) which has the piano? It got interesting for me to hear on a record.

  • Thanks for your effort. ANY new material is welcomed!!! @loh@, Bree

  • i luv this song, its on my fav album :)

  • @AdamLambertsVoice

    A hard day's night ? (;

  • @OmgKCool yeppers :)

    love that one

  • Plenty of Steptoe and Son on Youtube.

  • @trunk516 You're spot on .... The Fab Four created 'Beatlemania' and I can't think of another band who had that kind of effect on us. They were/are the best!

  • Wow... brings back memories!

  • Little old Man was named Wilfred Brambell.

  • @boxey24 He's very clean.

  • @aubreyelle123

I think Paul said that in the movie, but in the TV series, Steptoe and Son, he was always getting called "You Dirty Old Man" by his son. They were a pair of rag and bone men.

May be why the script read "He's very clean"

    It was a windup.

  • @aubreyelle123 i may be dumb but can you exp;lain that phrase and King Mixer

  • @oldermusiclover "King Mixer" is simply someone that likes to screw with people a "ballbuster"

  • I grew up in the 60's..its so cool to look back at these old videos...girls used to scream their asses off and actually faint at Beatles concerts...wow...How many people have had that kinda effect on music??

  • @trunk516 I was born sooo long after them, but I wish i could have been one of those girls screaming at their concerts. It would be so amazing to have been there. Only space and time got in the way. :/

  • @diamondheart420 i wasn't old enough to see them in concert, but i would

rather hear the music then scream. guess it's the musician in me

  • @trunk516 well as i can recall none

  • The little old man is from a British Comedy TV sitcom Steptoe and Sons.. anyway thats the one who was in the movie with this song.

  • WHOS THAT LITTLE OLD MAN! he belongs to paul.

  • @marylovesthebeatles i think hes paulsgrandfather

  • but ive seen your grandfather, he lives in your house

  • I loved growing up in the sixties, when music was fun. Now we rap. Whatever happened to to this world.

  • RIGHT FROM THE MOVIE HARD DAYS NIGHT

  • is better than the cd, quite close at the original.

  • this is the same

    NOTHING is different

  • You MIXED this? Yeah, right. Like you really have access to the original multitracks. Sounds to me like you popped into your pc and messed with the imaging.

  • sounds like the standard stereo mix with a bit of phasing. whoppie doo

  • It's hard to sync the tracks up, I hear the phasing but hey very good try!!

  • Some nice work here, 81hvs. Two comments (from one who has spent much time in studios). I think the delay time on John's voice is

  • ... a tad too much and should be set a bit closer to the original track. Also, the panning is a little weird here and there, and at roughly 1:47 it gets brighter and loder. As a contrast up to that point, it is not as bright and sounds great when it IS -- but needs to be moreso, for consistency throughout. BTW, did you double the voices in the harmony parts? Sounds great! At least someone has attempted this track in stereo! I want to hear more of your work.

  • jaymusic143

if you want this in stereo you buy the old original stereoUK hard days night lp or the capitol box cd set. vol 1...or a vinyl stereo copy of something new..and the original laserdisc was in true digital stereo .....and the phasing on this video is really bad between 1.18 to 1.22

  • Thanks! I ended up getting it on the "UK Blue Box release of Hard Days Night!"
