Wow, that doesn't sound like Hikaru Midorikawa at all. Then again, I've only heard him as Marth from Fire Emblem, Leon Magnus from Tales of Destiy (as well as Judas from Tales of Destiny 2), and Mira from Papa to Kiss in the Dark... And they all have relatively high voices. XD

Yeah but some in other animes,he uses his low voice.
Like...hum(think)...Zelgadiss in the Slayers series,Shiki in the game series Togainu no Chi,Seiran in the Saiunkoku monogatari series...
I think,Mira and Todoroki sensei(in the game Hoshizora no comic garden)are the two character he uses his highest voice...
