@people who asked, It is diffacult at 3:03 but what I figure is that you do an octive with your right hand on G and with your left a C octive but with your pinky on D#, My hands arn't big enough to reach though notes but I'm sure some people are able to.

The thing is, this tutorial shows the notes for all three bars. The chords, the notes, and the vocals. Your two options for playing this song are 1) play the notes and the vocals without the chords, or 2) play the chords and notes and sing along to it or something. Personally, I'm learning to play the second option and it sounds much prettier. =3

I understand how this tutorial is now. It has the bars for the voice, the treble cleff, and the bass cleff. If you got rid of the notes for the voice, then you would have just the original song that you could sing to and it would be playable. Which is what I am doing. =3
