This vid should be mandatory for a lot of bubble heads. I see cases every day and according to about 99% of the people that come through my facility - they are all innocent. Most of them are in for a rude awakening. Better to mind the law and not have to face the consequences.

I've lived this day over and over for so long I know I'm God.

I have seen what you are talking about first hand. When I escorted detainees to and fro to court I saw many times people making deals with other peoples fate. "you give me this one and..." there are Laws ment to help us and then there are Laws to maintain a healthy money flow. Always HIRE an attourney, never ever in your life get the free ones.

We are now at the point where playing by the rules of the Constitution puts you in danger of police abuse, and arrest. Try filming police in public (1st amendment). Try remaining silent during a traffic stop or at a checkpoint (5th amendment). Try refusing all roadside tests when an officer needs to increase his DUI quota. More and more, it's the agents of the state that don't respect the rules.
