Lets say some white guy was walking down the street in a bad area and gets killed, I don't think they would be likely to report on it (not likely but they have before) but now lets say a black guy was in a nice area with no crime and gets killed, it is a lot more shocking and the news would probably pick up the story.

@cadwalauni The last time I was in Turkey, the natives were white/asian mix. Most looked mainly white, although most had dark hair and eyes. I've never seen a Turkish person be abused, though I haven't lived in countries that a lot of Turks go to for work, but I know it DOES happen there. (Mostly eastern Europe I think, though possibly in England now? I haven't lived in England for over 20 years now, so it didn't happen back then. I have LOTS of Turkish friends, no reports of abuse.

If the girl is a known bully, tough; she would not be allowed to carry a weapon, period. She forfeited her right to self-defence by being an aggressor. Bully bitches would have no way of knowing who had a weapon and who didn't; they would have to ask themselves if they felt lucky that day.
