you should change the title to:

tutorial: telekinesis trick or telekinesis trick: tutorial

you know why you prefer trick over real thing? because it's the fastest way to end result, and cos people like to take the easy way, and bla bla bla.

practice 30min every day for at least 1 week, you'l get results.

start by just puting your hand close to a psiwheel and not looking at it for 7min, let your fiend look. later just stair at the center of wheel with out thinking of anything or think of 1 thing
