    For me it has been when I start to feel bad. When your body is burning food that is in the intestine, it is in happy mode. Same thing for waste fat that is on the hips and mid section. But viseral fat is the waste that is around the internal organs, and when your body burns it as fuel you feel really low. That has been my experience.

    I'm on Day 5 right now. I would be doing great but for the fact that I'm enduring the most brutal hunger pangs imaginable. Every few hours I suffer the torment of the damned.

    And there you are, halfway into your entry, lovingly describing--with photos--what you're going to eat when you finish up. I am going to f***ing KILL you!!!

  • What is visro fat? I tried to google it, but I figure I'm not spelling it right. I am on my 7th and last day of my fast! ( the 3rd and 5th day was TERRIBLE!!)I have lost 16 pounds, but didnt lose any between the 6th and 7th day. I think my body is done losing. I am lower than I was 7 years ago!! I had some major withdrawls from meds. I was in a bad car accident 8 months ago and had taken about 400-600 pills of it in the last 8 months. I know thats why my body was so bad on the 3rd day. Thanks!

  • 250 miles of and type of effort will have you ripped and lean. I can only do half of that, so I have to step up by eating better and staying committed.

  • 250 miles a week...Jeez, I probably casualy ride 50 a week. I'm going to try this though, that sounds awesome.
