  • 1st off you shouldn't be weight training at an early age, 17 is the minimum age. You should be doing sports or any activities that gets you motivated enough, like chasing after girls but without doing any harm. if you're eating fatty foods, Stop!!! And drink water. Man boobs is made of fat, you can get rid of it just by getting a sweat suit or sauna suit and go jog or something. Do it 3 times a week for a month and you will see a difference.

    Additionally, swimming only utilizes concentric contractions, which are exactly opposite of what you need to do to rehab injured muscles and tendons, slowly lengthen muscle under tension (Eccentric muscle actions).

  • With any tissue... a re-injury, especially before it is completely healed, takes lots of time to recover and heal. I'm not saying it will never heal, but it will certainly feel like it. The rotator cuff is particularly susceptible to re-injury because it is such a delicate muscle group.

  • Be VERY careful. Don't do any movements that cause any pain... either during or after exercise.

    A rotator cuff injury takes a long time to heal. A rotator cuff RE-injury takes forever to heal. :-(

    Which muscle of the rotator cuff is it? Do you know? Supraspinatus, Infraspinatus, Subscapularis, or Teres Minor?

  • Following the principle of your last video, wouldn't hammer curls develope the strenth and size of the biceps more so than basic curls being that most can lift heavier weight with hammer curls?

  • Hammer curls preferentially work the brachialis and brachioradialis muscles. The brachialis is an incredibly strong muscle; however, with the forearm partially pronated, the biceps's activation is reduced. This, in turn, reduces the strength of elbow flexion.

    Hammer curls are a great exercise, and can increase girth of the distal portion of the upper arm; nonetheless, using a fully-supinated grip during maximal contraction of the biceps brachii is The BEST Way to Exercise the biceps brachii.
