  • Fucking peacocks.

  • Gotta love how both the top comments are about their wardrobes

  • fuk violence solves nothing

  • I think they pressured Violet-ann to get married. She really liked her job and car and independence but was prob considered old at 22.

  • Violet Ann's wedding was the nicest most "normal" wedding. Pretty dress that women here in the US might wear, not overdone bridal party and nice decor, like simple touches of pink. She looked beautiful and I hope she and her husband can find happiness together.

  • I love how there's this dude with a potbelly and a beer in his hand trying to break up the fight lmao

  • I only watch this for glimpses of the gypsy vanners.

  • what happens if a wife gets sick or dies, who will look afta the husband?

none of these guys will be able to survive, cook, clean wthout a wife, mum or sister

  • I don't get Violet Ann, she had a job, a home, and a good family life. She does not seem happy after she got married, and wants to go back to her old life....to which my question is why did you marry this guy and move into his trailer?? What was the compulsion?

  • @thequazify I guess she didn't want to get left on the shelf 0_o

  • what do they do every day that makes their trailers so dirty that it has to be washed for several hours every single day?

  • wifebeaters the name says it all isnt it

  • I'd LOVE to tell this man that "PD" ( pronunciated "Payday" ) is the french word for "Gay" ! ^^

  • You can't have "honor" fights, when you have no honor in the first place.

  • @msuxchickx So I suppose you'll never have one.

  • "Religious events are treated with great revelry"... So they all dress up like cheap council estate whores.

  • @jackrussell19a At least they put effort into finding their dresses, instead of just buying some rag out of the store.

  • That little boy at the fight is hilarious.

  • Violet-Ann's dress is not as nuts as the others. It's OTT but in a nicer way.

  • disgusting savages they all need electric shock therapy.

  • the men on here are a bunch of savages..

What thouroughly disgusting behaviour, its just so upsetting to watch..

I dont think i can quite believe what i am seeing..

  • The Irish travellers are just a bunch of bloody bogans and lowlifes, I live in an area where a lot of Romanian gypsies live and those gypsies don't act like dickheads, like these Irish fucks.

  • @milobar100 If this is how they conduct themselves then i completly agree with you..

I find this very distressing to watch, and my god they even allow the children to witness this caveman brutality..

  • those little girls are dancing like teens at prom!

  • Beautiful dress love IT!

  • Violet looks very pretty and she is the first one that is wearing a beautiful dress

  • The fighting is horrible.

  • Are you sure that is the gypsy? NOW LET'S not a word I have to au their language is one or a gypsy song. because otherwise there is always at every gypsy wedding gypsy songs or you hear them speak their language. You can hear the other gypsy weddings and their language and songs and so I think those are not gypsies

  • @Eldinstar1996

    You are correct

  • Imagine growing up gay in a travellers' community

  • RE: Paddy pushing the pram...shows how Macho MEN are soooo sensitive about what other MEN think where they're soooooo terrified and they have the audacity to make fun of gay people who seem to be more SOLID to handle ridicule than these pussys.

  • lol fairplay referee my asshole. fighting to prove ones manhood are only just pussys underneath all that fat. i laugh how EASY it is to get a man manipulated to fight lol...just call him 'scared' 'quitter' etc and he will do ANYTHING.

  • Watching this documentary has made me realize how DIGUSTING gyspy culture is.

  • honor fights??????? ....

  • How come ALL the guys never really want to get filmed.

  • does the male wardrobe solely consist of tank tops? O.o

  • @TwiddleDumber ahahaha! Yea I think sooo...

  • @TwiddleDumber They are called wifebeaters, not tank tops

  • @TwiddleDumber They come in many wonderful colours though.....!

  • they dont do it out in public they do it in there own community and they dont need brit citizenship to be in Britain its europe all they need is a passport

  • hahahhahahha HOW PATHETIC BRITAIN LOOKS,,,, THEY ARE AS LOW AS SOUTHERN REDNECK AMERICANS,,,WUTS NEXT FOR AUSTRALIANS??

  • @elenavlada there irish not british

  • @xpagandreamsx then why dont they get deported already if their that of a nuisance....obviously they hold brit citizenship

  • These young boys are really rude. They act like a pack of wild dogs.

  • Pussy fight

  • Hahaha Paddy the Godfather

  • Her wedding dress looks like my prom dress...

  • "being identified as a gypsy will affect his business" HAHAHAHAHAAH. Code for he's a criminal and he doesn't want his identity revealed.

  • 4:50. Gypo throws a bottle out of a car. LOL.

  • Comment removed

  • Did anyone else feel a bit disturbed that Violet-Ann's mom's piece of advice for her married life was to "try to keep your mouth shut"?? It makes me feel like the women feel opressed

  • @dolcefantasia3 Is this the first episode you have watched?

  • @22banway I think it was the second or third :) Why?

  • @dolcefantasia3 It's almost like the olden days modernized.

  • @dolcefantasia3 it bothers me too because from what i've seen, women lead a very oppressed life in traveling communities. but it looks like they enjoy their life. i don't know, maybe i'm wrong. i'm sure there are girls who rebel against this form. but i think her mother was joking, though! she seemed very lighthearted when she said that...

  • @dolcefantasia3

    Well, DUH.

  • really shocking, the irish like to fight? NO. next they'll say they like drinking too!

  • 02:05 nice surprise cheap shot before the fight is given a green light while the other guy is looking away. 02:09 breaking pikey fighting rules by kicking the guy when he's down after the blindside cheap shot to weaken him some more to claim easy victory. 04:36 threatening to have somebody else fight the camera crew.

    Epic

  • @hecubusXX He is a bell end, like your summary of the fight.

  • Disgusting.

  • we shouldn't say they are whores just bcuz of wat they wear and how they dance. They're far from being whores bcuz its their religion to not have sex or even be caught somewhere alone with boy

  • F.I.L.T.H

  • You know what really attracts pedophiles? Being a child. That's it. Why should children have to be subjected to body shame. Teaching a child that their body is "dirty" or "wrong" in any way only aids pedophiles. Besides travelers keep their children close and they're not afraid to raise a fuss & make noise which all make it harder for a pedophile to hurt anyone. Unless it's incestuous then in any culture unless the child brings in authorities it's tragic.

  • so pushing a baby's stroller is embarrassing and would make a man look like a joke? Yet they could care less that their daughters walk around looking like little hookers and dancing like strippers?!

  • 'take the camera out of my face otherwise ill get a couple of guys to beat you up'

what a fucking douche bag !!

  • @MiSenigmatic Ha ha ha, that's what I thought! Bet he did not know he was on a BAFTA nominated show? What a bell end.

  • did she say godfather to 70 CHILDREN?!

  • @MissNophi2U at least he's not grandfather :)

  • It's truly fascinating that a culture/ community so devoted to Christianity as well as ensuring that their wives/ daughters only occupy the domestic role and remain virgins until marriage allow thier daughters and wives to dress so provocatively, and to be treated like pieces of meat by the young men. I'm not saying this to be condescending, just out of pure fascination.

  • The poor little girl in heels she can barely walk in @ 11:44

  • My friend just called me a snob because I think this is a shit life for women. Look, if a woman CHOOSES to stay home and be a housewife, good for her. However, these girls are basically forced into this life, leaving school at age 12 or 13 to clean and having to give up their jobs for men. I also wouldn't care about the racy clothes, except that pushing sexuality on an 8 year old is wrong. And the new brides look really unhappy when asked if they like their new life.

  • The men fight with fists and punches to settle dispute instead of using guns to kill each other unlike the way North American punks do. It is acceptable to me really.

  • I cannot, for the life of me, understand, why you people who think this is so horrible continue to watch into the 4th episode. I am watching because I'm descended from these types of people, and I can see some of the traits that have been bred into me in these Gypsies. What are you still watching if this is terrible? Is this another type of horrible car wreck for you people?

  • What do the women do when they're not cleaning? I mean, as bad as it is, it can't take all day to cook dinner for a brute and clean one room on wheels...

  • I guess it's better to fight that way with referees than to be part of a drive by shooting and killing each other.

  • ah that girl violet ann is so beautiful. i love her. look at her beautiful face: 6:48 8:30

god i love her. she's so cool.

and she totally has the chillest dress and coolest weeding. and she's so independent.

    LOVE.

  • they are perfectly allowed to run around dressed like whores but hardly allowed to kiss before they are married

  • @thehottflute how dare you describe a woman as a whore based on how she is dressed, that is disgusting.

  • Seems to me, it's just a culture that likes to have a bunch of parties and take pride in their lives.

  • Sad that the little boys look up to the older ones. That scene after the fight where 'Dean' was walking and talking about the fight and that little boy was looking up at him was very telling.

  • They don't go on honeymoons?

  • They wont teach them to read but they let them listen to pop music, tan and grind on dudes as early as 3 1/2?

  • @librermonami

The first episode was called "Bred to Wed," so they are brought up to just be cleaning and breeding machines. They need to look sexy and pretty at all times to attract a mate. If they can read, then they might begin to read stuff from the feminist movement, and rebel against the men, and we wouldn't want that, now would we?

  • @librermonami I have seen exactly ZERO boys on the dance floor with the small girls. 15-16, sure ... but if I remember correctly, I was grinding up on boys at school dances in the 8th grade, and that was ... 13 ... so yeah. Not seein much difference, except Gypsy girls seem to have better figures than I had @ that age, and their parents supervise them more closely than mind did me. Seems gypsies come out ahead of me there ...

  • @bujusbaby If your parents were around supervising you would have been able to grind up on those boys at such a young age? NO.

  • @bujusbaby You missed my point about the whole reading and education thing and 3 1/2 year olds grinding on the dance floor has nothing to do with your Snowball dance of yesteryear...

  • What the hell are they cleaning so damn much?

  • What do traveler men actually do?

  • what savage cave men...

  • Dear God, even the littlest girls are dressed up like whores. wearing makeup

and moving like belly dancers on that dance floor. That is absolute

    child abuse.

  • @agora1955 \

Having bad taste in clothing and makeup is not child abuse. Denying your child the right to finish school and have the means to support themselves, that's abuse.

  • @Jude74 You are entiteld to your opinion as I am to mine. My opinion is that these little ones are

being pushed in the direction of paedophiles.

  • @agora1955 I see your point however these kids are more supervised then average kids. In order for pedophiles to get a hold of them they need to be exposed to them. These families don't allow their kids to run around without supervision. If anything they are poorly dressed prisoners of their own culture.

  • @Jude74 Yes, with all respect. But WHERE do they go to school?

  • @agora1955 If you watched the other episodes you would have found out that they usually get removed from school at an early age to prevent corruption from the 'outside world'

  • @crazylocomojo I watched all the episodes that are available to me in my country and it was quite

clear to me that they are removed from school all too soon. My query is however how it is possible

for these children to fall " outside" of a system which demands that they attend school up to a certain age.?

We ( where I live) have a system which denies this and even sentences the parents to jail for

    such actions.

  • @agora1955 they said in one of the earler eps that because the families move the gov has no way of knowing where the children are or they say they went to live with relatives instead of going to school.

  • @minichibichi Thank you, I must have missed that. Those tricks would not work though where I live. After a woman gives birth a Midwife visits the home at least 16 times and the follow-up is that the kids HAVE to attend school later on.

So to fall " out of the net" the women would have to have their children secretly.

I feel so sorry for the women who belong to these " clans". What a terrible loss of " woman-power" and

such a negative future. It is so very sad.

  • @agora1955 do you seriously think that anybody cares about whether these kids go to school or not? Or whether the wives are being abused or if they're killing each other? A few months ago a gypsy was killed near a friend's house. We saw the blood on the street and asked about it and everyone was like "meh, gypsies". What world do you live in?

  • @agora1955 it isnt child abuse because they choose to wear it...they were brought up like that to attract a man....i agree though that its not right, just dont call it child abuse cause child abuse is WAY worse then that

  • @14boylover And you are missing my point, though you have actually said what I indicated.

" brought up like that to attract a man"!! Exactly, little girls attracting men, that is the

most disgusting of thoughts. When does the attraction start, and more precisely, WHERE and HOW

    does it end ?

  • @agora1955 Yet not as bad as the girls on toddlers and tiaras lol.

  • @meers5 I understand what you mean. I just cannot get my brain around this sort of thing.

What mother would love a baby girl and still set her up as a target for God only knows what. ?

Thanks very much for your comment.

  • @agora1955 Honestly, the way they are dressed and dancing is no different than how some of the little girls in America dress in their dance recitals.

  • @agora1955 its how they grew up its not being whores to them they have their own cultures if you dont like it dont watch

  • @agora1955 And that is exactly what women from mush closer to nature cultures would say when we 'abandon' our babies by putting them in a crib instead of carrying them on our bodies all the time and teach them they have to eat every three ours instead of when they feel hungry. And don't say 'it's not the same'. I had a Ugandan friend who literally burst into tears when I told her proudly my six-week-old can sleep fine on his own in his crib.

  • @agora1955 How is it child abuse? It's just their way. It's not like they're being forced to dance that way. So what if their fashion is different... You just look on the outside of them and see them as whores... shame on you for not looking deeper than the surface. Last time I checked the way you dress or dance doesn't make you a

    Whore. whore |hôr|

    noun derogatory

    a prostitute.

    Those kids aren't prostitutes.

  • @KennyMusicNVA read agora's comment again. she is comparing those kids to whores and not calling them whores. using "like" or "as" is a comparison.

  • @agora1955 It sounds like in toddlers in tiaras to me, But seriously, I very much agree with you! Its crazy!

  • @lexiMarieG It is indeed. I am the proud mother of 3 beautiful children and the grandmom of a little

2 month old boy. My WHOLE gut feeling is set upon protection. I would willingly trade my life for

the safety of my children = I let them be babies and I let them be children, I do NOT take that innocence

away from them because that is the time you read fairytales to your kids and you pack them up in pink

clouds of being protected and loved and that nothing can hurt them.

  • @agora1955 How is letting kids dress how they want child abuse? It's not like they force them into those outfits and tell them to dance that way.

  • @BubbleFizz No, they might not force them into those outfits, but the older girls show

them the way to that exactly as the little ones copy the erotic movements of the older girls

on the dancefloor etc. The girls follow a pre-conceived pattern. I do not see that as being a life

of freedom and the fullfillment of an intelligent woman´s dreams and goals.

  • @BubbleFizz please don't have kids. with thinking like that you'd be a terrible parent

  • Comment removed

  • @agora1955 lol! in the context of gypsy tradition, they are only trying to attract a husband since anyone 20 years old upwards are shelved.

  • @ilindah Very sad, isn´t it ? To have no confidence in oneself as a woman. Denied the

fact they could have learned to be that what God meant them to be. FREE and intelligent and not

    just objects.

  • @agora1955 gypsy history is AMAZING...connected to Egyptian culture, etc with lots of ritual, magic, etc...is sad to see that the last several generations have been drained (colonized) of their self-confidence/identity similar to native Indian, aborigines, etc...little do these gypsy's remember that they come from a wonderful ancestry.

  • @ilindah I agree absolutely, and yes, it is heartbreaking to see the decline where there could

be such pride. However, given the state of things I would wonder if even the possibility was offered

to educate and rehabilitate them to the aboriginal state if they would accept that offer ? because of

course such an education entails the acceptance of responsibilites.

  • My heart just breaks for Violet. She's so lovely, intelligent, and nice. So far she has the best wedding dress I've seen by not exposing loads of cleavage and more fabric than a laundromat. I hope she's happy. I just can't help imagining how successful she could've been had she gone to university and continued with a career.

  • @maiwennbzh

She was a receptionist at a hotel. Let's not get ahead of ourselves.

  • @jessomglol

I will have to disagree. I have been fortunate to meet some wonderful people in positions of academia and industrial management who had some less than stellar starts ( drop out, drug addiction, construction/dish washing positions). For some it was 10-15 years before they decided they had enough and wanted to go back to school and get a better career. It might sound like Cinderella, but I'm certainly glad they got ahead of themselves. I think Violet has the same potential.

  • Really their house takes 7 hours to clean every single day of the week?

Just doing it to keep themself busy.

  • @Lazydainty If they have any children at all, I can see it taking that much time. I have a 11 month old and every free moment I have I'm cleaning, cooking or doing laundry.

  • @Lazydainty Have you seen their homes? They are absolutely spotless. I clean at least 2 hrs a day, every day, and my house is still not that clean, so 7 hours a day, yes, I can see that.

  • @bujusbaby Really now?

Look at the size of the living space, its not that big. So seven hours seem a little far fetched. You gotta take note, that the men are out and about, and newlyweds they don't have kids so where is the mess coming from that has to be cleaned so frequently? I just feel its an excuse, saying it takes this amount of hours each day of the week, the wife is not allowed to live freely.

  • What a violent, sexist culture.

  • Dean's a bitch. Talking shit about the other guy when he's the one who gave the cheap shot before the fight even began. Fight a real fighter and see how "tough" he thinks he really is.

  • Fight Club

  • @nikkijaneallison Umm... hello! First rule of Fight Club!

  • i don't know why but i found that kid so cute at 4:23. love his voice! "at the end of the day you beat him"

  • @sarahdaisy i know!!! Such a little man! He's gonna be a real character when he grows up lol!

  • @pika23 Oh yes great character who takes pride in winning a savage fight , great future man there.

  • @sarahdaisy he's a little savage fuckwit.

  • @TheLolalee k, but still found him cute.

  • omg, their lives look so boring for the girls. add to that not being able to read well to escape in a book even...i think i'd end it all.

  • Violet is awesome

  • Are there any protestant travellers? Or are they all Catholic? I'm American, and I just don't know these things. I don't mean any disrespect by asking this question.

  • @crystalrunez Catholic

  • @crystalrunez There is really no such thing as a " traveller". They are just people who fall outside the

grid and use religion as an excuse for the fact that they act like rabbits, = running and having a lot of babies.

I grew up in a country where even THAT was not acceptable.

  • @crystalrunez I think they're almost all Catholic. Even though my family has removed itself from this culture, the parts that came from there are still Catholic, and even the girls that married outside of the culture married Catholic men.

  • that can't be a wedding dress she can actually walk in it.

all being cheeky aside that looks classy she can move in her dress.

  • she actually has one of the more normal dresses i've seen so far out of all the episodes

  • @superaweosome91

u r so right, she is wearin a descent n not like the other gals big hugh dress thing

  • seems like the priest was a bit nervous...

  • @lilli2708 Dean ( the winner of the fight) probably told him he would set a gang of the " boys" on him if

he screwed up the ceremony. LOL !
