the guys should act honor, discipline, bravery, legacy. but if their all serious and are facing difficult days and missions and tasks, then there has to be space for fun and unseriousness, or else they will be dipressed and stressed, for all the horrible things they face, for an example, i know the Danish paramedics sometimes laugh at accident scenes. to let go of some pressuor!
