Great! I was in SGI (Soka Gakkai International). I totally agree with Steven Hassan´s view on these subjects. I quit the group also after like 1-2 years, I think.
Steven's experiences in the cult of 'the Moonies' really helped him to see the plight of ex Mormons and those still mind controlled within the cult. Making comparisons between his experience and the Mormon experience is a valuable exercise if you wish to find the truth. I strongly recommend watching this whole series of videos to get a complete picture. Remember falling into a trance like sleep during the temple film? There are so many similarities; it is scary.
Absolutely NO Mormons have ever been divorced. Not one single Mormon has ever molested a child or have been involved in financial scams. Mormons NEVER claim bankruptcy or get cancer. There has never been a Mormon alcoholic, nor has any of them ever needed mental health therapy. There are NO Mormons on Prozac, not one!
He is actually being sarcastic in response to the first commenter omiolo who frequently comes by and leaves absurd comments. I personally think folks should use reasoned arguments instead of name calling and all that, but sometimes the frustration of dealing with certain "defenders of the faith" gets some a little riled. Oh well, its the wild west of the internet.
Are First Assembly's Of God Churches a cult too?

His experience waking up out of moonieism, is similar to how I woke up out of the mormon lie.

It is a joke by an exbrainwashed member.
Omiolo comes in various characters like Omiolo1, Omiolo2, Omiolo3. He is the whack a mole of Mormon defenders.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
the scary thing is that these EXmormons in this group need deprogramming.
go to their website and search the word divorce. The divorce rate and adultery amongst these people makes Richard packham proud!

omiolo The Exmormon Movement is true and perfect but the people aren't. Look at Judas? Does that make Jesus's church false?
See my Videos about a Mormon Stake President and Bishops being arrested and you will understand why not to judge Truth on individuals behaviour.
PS By the way Joseph Smith was a massive adulterer and deceived his wife in many desipicable ways.
