i just beat this, and it was AMAZING! if there was replay value and good combat, it would be a perfect score. but still, one of the best ps2 games ever. so is colossus.
Nice job and good choice of music. ICO is one of the best games ever on the ps2. Pure magic! I couldnt get into Shadow of the Colussus though, it was mostly just butchering big monsters (but nice scenery though). Ico is much more subtle

lol recently i come to a Eb games (Video game Store) and i saw one copy on the shelve, i was thinking " WTF somebody got this game in my country and decide to sold it ????" i got my copy from Ebay before i see this. I cant get rid of it, this game is precious to me, like SOTC. I like the relation between the characters, the climax of the game, the gameplay and i particulary love the last hour of the game.

I like this game but it's so old that like my games that I first got with the PS2 this will freeze at loading screens sometimes. I can't beleive I was lucky enough to actually beat the game. Still I loved it.

I got my Ico from a Blockbuster. They had it and I rented it, checked it out for dents or scratches (none) then "lost" it somehow.
I only paid around fifteen dollars to replace it. Great since ebay lists the game up to fourty dollars!!

WHOA! I am really psyched about this game, but people are telling me it's hard to find. I know I saw it on a shelf somewhere! No joking! I'd love to play this! Is it for PS2? It's so cool!

yah it's made for the PS2, and it is pretty rare. probably 1 outta of 100 chance you'll be able to find it at your local gamespot. it's a great game. short game, but it's still worth the buy.

Yeah, I haven't had any luck finding it yet, so it's a little sad. I think I might try some other places before I give up though. I've heard it's a great game to play if you like puzzles and stuff, and I do. I've got SotC and love it! This game looks great.

yeah, ppl who were having doubts on this game for a long time really missed out. i guess SOTC did it. don't give up yet. i'm sure there are other options... (ebay...?) but if you can find it i wish you the best of luck.

lol recently i come to a Eb games (Video game Store) and i saw one copy on the shelve, i was thinking " WTF somebody got this game in my country and decide to sold it ????" i got my copy from Ebay before i see this. I cant get rid of it, this game is precious to me, like SOTC. I like the relation between the characters, the climax of the game, the gameplay and i particulary love the last hour of the game.

i know right?! both these games mean a lot to me also! the characters, the story, the music score. i hope sony will make a new game just as fun and exciting as the first two. and hopefully several hours longer! they both just ended too soon. i never wanted it to end...

agreed, the game ended too soon. There is a rumor that say they were working on a sequel of Shadow of the Colossus for the Ps3, it say also they were adding a Coop mode. I hope it true

no dude, the co-op thing your referring to is actually the original sequal to Ico "Nico" it was scrapped. however, Team Ico is making another game for ps3, and have realeased a screenshot. look it up

I like this game but it's so old that like my games that I first got with the PS2 this will freeze at loading screens sometimes. I can't beleive I was lucky enough to actually beat the game. Still I loved it.

Anyways, the term you should have used is "predecessor." "Prequel" is typically used for something that is released after a game/book/movie/whatever, yet its plot takes place beforehand. This is the common use of the word, and is the commonly assumed definition.
Bad word usage to convey your meaning.
