I liked the vid again! Maybe consider structuring the workout opposite? You're essentially talking about 2 5min VO2Max intervals (5k-3k pace) then two ten mins slightly quicker then Anaerobic Threshold (the pace you can keep for an hour) cruise reps. If the workout read 10min AT 2-4min rest X2 then 5min I 3min Rest x 2 you would get more time running @VO2Max. it takes 2min to get to VOmax unless already fatigued, this way better bang for your buck and same glycogen stores being used
Just a random observation, you're one of those people who looks genuinely good bald. Head shape and face really work with it. I'm 20 and going bald myself, so it's very encouraging!

The problem with intervals on a treadmill is that it is difficult to press the button to reduce speed while running at almost maximum pace.
