  • yogatic I'm sure you overheard this: I cannot hold my legs, my hands keep slipping on my waist over and over. If I practice daily stretching, I'm gonna be able to do it - and to do ANY yoga posture, in time ?

  • I really enjoy your channel! Thank you so much for keeping us all grounded =) I have a birth defect where my L4 and L5 are fused to my hip bone and all my doctors including my physical therapist have recommended yoga. I have also been jumping horses since I was 4 years old. I do the P90X yoga routine but sometimes it's too much. Your routines are just what the doctor ordered! Thank you!

  • 4:30 thanks for explaining the meaning behind this pose because i do yoga off and on and afterwords i usually think what the hell was i doing.

    5:30 i dont mean to be offensive but when you said to look at the movement of your hips and bum my eyes widened and most of my anxiety was gone; lol
